We had a situation where both our kitchen sink and dishwasher stopped working even though the valves were open. Chris was able to help diagnose the problem and suggested the most cost efficient way of fixing the issue. After patiently walking me through the steps required, Chris was able to get the problem fixed in a timely manner since he had come prepared and had all the necessary parts on hand.

It's two days before Christmas and our kids are coming home. The downstairs bathroom where their bedrooms are was broken and Good Land showed up on short notice and fixed everything. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They have been to my house many times over the years. Sylvia makes sure that I get the necessary help in emergency situations (usually at Thanksgiving when sink clogs!) Terry is the man! He shows up every time for me. Good Land has been out to our house twice recently. First time, Thomas installed a new Toto toilet and fixed a shower head. Everything went smoothly and works great. Even better, the pricing was MUCH more reasonable than our prior plumber. Second time, this week, Chris (Thomas' twin brother) came out and diagnosed a kitchen flood. Turns out a mouse ate through the dishwasher discharge line! Chris helped me order the right replacement part and connected me with a local appliance repair guy. Good Land plumbing is exactly what we were hoping to find: a competent, friendly local plumber that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!
