My very first time using Good Land, and the reviews speak for themselves. I called earlier this morning and an hour later Terry who was a very cool guy fixed the problem in no time flat. That's what I call service! Thank you Good Land very much!

Goodland Plumbing Timeline:
1) Told by Terry that I would receive a report and video detailing the scope of work, and estimate by the owner. 03/19/2021 (still nothing).
2) Was told by Sylvia I had to wait for the owner to come back from vacation in Hawaii to receive the above mentioned information (still haven't received any information).
3) Text from Sylvia for my email address 03/31/2021.
4) Received bill April 1st without sending me any scope of work, video or estimate.
5) Called again (4th or 5th time) and was told I would not receive an estimate (no video, report of scope of work) unless I could wait to get the work done next month. I'm assuming this was to be Mid May. 04/02/2021
6) Called again and Richard told me someone was working on my account and someone would get back to me (still nothing).
7)Texted Sylvia Friday 04/02/2021 to please send information. (still nothing)
8) Texted Sylvia Monday 04/05/2021 - Now she is saying the work can't be scheduled until July or August and that a bid would be sent by the end of the day. I still don't even know the complete scope of work.
9) At no time was I ever Informed that the work could not be performed for 4-5 months - I would have hired a different company, plus I still have NOT received anything at all! Every company I have worked with is always upfront about their availability.
10) Apparently, the video was attached to the bill which I had no idea until today. Still no professional estimated or start date.
Been calling to get the scope of work and schedule since 03/19/2021 and was told yesterday 04/06 /2021 the work can not be done until July or August!!

Our kitchen sink backed up during Christmas week. Not just slow but completely blocked. I consider myself pretty handy and tried every trick I know: Snake, water jet, Draino, plunger, and water bladder. I finally gave up and called Goodland. I was reluctant to call a plumber because the last plumbing company I called ripped me off. A good friend highly recommended Goodland and he was right. They went on the roof along with a full size snake and cleared it through the vent pipe without even going into the house. Unlike the previous company that charged me $300 for 10 minutes work. Goodland just charges a very fair hourly rate. For me having a plumber on the roof fixing our sink was more exciting than having Santa on the roof!

They quickly answered my call and were ready to come next day. It was a weekend and I did not want pay more for non-emergency job. It was a leaching water heater that could work a couple of days. Still they called me on Sunday and offered a cancelled appointment for the business day price. Did job well. I am happy with the service.

I called these guys for a couple issues we were having, based on a friend's recommendation. Chris was the technician who came out. He fixed both issues in under 10 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable - such a pleasure to deal with. When I have any more issues, they will be my first and only call.

Our toilet had a clog, called them in the morning and said would call me shortly after the arrangement, I waited till night, totally no call, wasted one day, I could call others if they said they couldn't!

Had Juan and Ulises out to my 5 unit apartment for installation of a ong over due clean-out in the main line. I was there throughout their work day making sure that all the tenants left the water off and there were no problems. I was extremely impressed with not only how personable these two guys were but more importantly their work quality. Juan as the site lead took great care in completing the work with the highest level of both materials and workmanship. Everything that they did was top notch with an eye to the long life of their work. They went the extra mile to wrap the added hardware at corrosion points with tar to impede any potential corrosion and used concrete access boxes with steel covers so that cars that were occasionally parked on the grass, did not break the boxes when drove over. Could not be happier in all aspects.

I called Sylvia once again, she's the best. Explained what was going on with my shower and she explained a few issues that it might be. She had Terry, who is my favorite plumber EVER!! Of course he came out fixed the problem and yay I have my shower back with no noise in the pipes like they were going to blow up and also have pressure back!!
