After having a clogged kitchen sink on thanksgiving night, the next day we called Good Land Plumbing. They answered our call immediately and sent Justin out right away. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Problem solved ! I can't believe how responsive these guys are! We were very happy with the professionalism of Good Land Plumbing! From Chris who did the initial camera check of our sewer line, to Sylvia in the office, and to Andrew and his crew who did the work, we were very impressed. Before and during the job, our questions were answered patiently and clearly. We can't say enough about how hard-working and friendly the crew was during this three-day project. It was also wonderful the way they cleaned up so carefully at the end of each day. We would definitely use Good Land again and highly recommend them, especially for a large project like a sewer line replacement.

We have used Goodland for various plumbing jobs and they have always done high quality work for us. Last week, they spent 4 days on-site upgrading our former (clay pipe) sewer system to the trenchless system. They communicated well (and blocked out parking on the street) in advance and then went right to work on Day 1. Their crew was professional, efficient and helpful to neighbors to navigate around all their work trucks and street blocking (as the project progressed). They started at 7:30am, ended at 4:30pm and left a safe and clean work area (while the work was in process). The entire crew was friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. They did excellent work for us and we are very happy with the results !!

We replace our sewer line to the street using Good Land Plumbing trenchless solution. The work they did was fine but we had a blockage about 6 months in. Another plumber came out to unblock the line. The first thing they did was remove the backwash pipe and noticed the flange at the bottom had fallen off.

After calling Good Land they said that was impossible (red flag when someone says something is 'impossible', it is just a way to redirect blame) and the blockage was most likely caused by the 65 years of tenants putting toys down the toilet. This did not happen.

Good Land said they would fix the backwash flange which fell off and reimburse the $180 for the plumber. After several calls and reassurance that they would do this, they never have. They are blatantly lying about resolving the issue.

If there are any issues with the work Good Land does they will not back it up! Beware.

I called because my shower was backed up. They send Jason over who unplugged some paper towels from the drain then took off. My shower was still full of sewage all weekend. When I called back to tell them that they didn't finish the job, they were surprised and sent back Terry who finished the job TWO DAYS LATER to the tune of $302.98. A huge mess, incompetency, and inconvenience matxhed with greed. They charged me weekend rates 180.00 for the job that left me with sewage in my shower for two days. Dont use this place its a rip off, and they gave me no idea what the costs wouls be, only "" we will send you a bill""

washing machine drain overflowed. Troy, pleasant guy, snaked the drain. Used the faucets to check drainage and it seemed fine. He warned me that the flow from the machine was heavier than the faucet so it could back up again, but not to worry there's no charge to come back. He was right and it again backed up (the machine is in the garage so the leaking is not a big deal) I called to have them come back and the woman on the phone warned me that since I had cast iron pipes they may have to rip into the wall and replace them. Negative vibes there. So I said forget it. While he was here I had Troy replace the spigots for the washer (something I could have done myself but since I was being charged for a service call....) Got the invoice..service call $135, expected...$17 per spigot that would have cost me less than $5. $10 for use of the motorized snake and $3 for gloves and rags(not included in the $135??). No envelope enclosed, much less prepaid. Don't take cards....

Good Land Plumbing is the most competent and reliable contractor (in any field) that I've worked with. They are an EXCELLENT VALUE. I've used them for several jobs but I was most impressed by their most recent work. I had a complicated issue. My tankless water heater stopped working and it wasn't clear why. They had a team of experts attack the problem. Not only did they solve the problem but they handled it as quick as they possibly could; they made me a priority. Not only did they fix the problem but they also navigated the manufacturers warranty on my unit, despite the fact that this was not the brand that they usually work with. The office staff was also beyond compare. They courteously, quickly, and efficiently answered all my questions and provided the highest level of customer service. Good Land is a great value. They do the job properly, the first time, and they're not afraid to call for backup and seek outside help if they're dealing with an unusual problem. This saves tremendous money and time. All jobs are done to the highest standards. Don't shop around, just get it done right.
