We got estimates to replace a garbage disposal from a couple of local plumbers. We had tried resetting an insinkerator (red button) and freeing the rotor with a wooden spoon, with no success so we bought a new unit. Goodland was the best price, and ""Tall Troy"" came promptly. He asked ""Shall I replace or fix it?"" -- fix it, of course! He used an Allen wrench to free the rotor from below, and left us the wrench. We returned the replacement unit and saved a bunch of money.

We had a leak at our condominiums. Good Land plumbing was the MVP of the entire nightmare. They came out right away. When our HOA, Bartlein & Co, scheduled the water detection line company a week out, Andrew moved the appointment to first available on Monday. He was here when they came and it turns out, the leak wasn't coming from my property, but my neighbors. Andrew moved fast to fix the leak. He also knew the problem. We have the same issue throughout the community, so he was able to repair shoddy work at another home. He was caring, knowledgeable and available (at 4:45pm on a Friday!). Thank you Andrew for making a very stressful situation less stressful. Your kindness is so very appreciated!

These guys are very user friendly and EXTREMELY GOOD at what they do. We had them replace our water line AND our sewer line from the street to the house this summer - which was a major undertaking. They did excellent work and were friendly and informative along the way. Can't say enough good things about our experience with them!

I've heard good things about Goodland, called when our regular plumber was unavailable. Needed a couple different services- one was done timely and a very professional job. The other we cannot get a response from them, no call backs or email. May be calling another plumber once sgain. I am very frustrated, was hoping to use Goodland again in the future....

Mainline issue. Called Goodland. They came out promptly. Gentleman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. On the predicted schedule a young guy named Troy called after completing his prior job. On arrival, very personable, professional and obviously competent. Cleaned the line. Asked if there was anything else he could help me with. And yes there was. A leaky trap in the bathroom sink. So he fixed it. No problem. All within a one hour service call. I couldn't be happier with Troy or Goodland Plumbing. I found my plumbing company! Look no further.

My water heater died yesterday. Troy came out today and replaced the old water heater and was professional, personable, very knowledgeable and efficient. While he was here he took care of a couple of other plumbing issues we had. I would highly recommend Good Land Plumbing.

Richard, ostensibly the owner, requested that I send him photographs of the work I needed Good Land Plumbing to do. After a week of no response, I called him. He hadn't even looked at the e-mail he requested, and told me he would call me back after checking with his construction division. Another week has passed, without any contact from Richard by phone or e-mail. His less than professional conduct is unacceptable.

Ben, at Ace Plumbing, on the other hand, arrived at the agreed time, and submitted a quotation in a very professional manner.

My shower filled with sewage when I was on vacation. Chris spent an hour trying to locate the blockage. It didn't seemed to be blocked any more, so he cleaned the horrible mess and did not charge me!
He said to call him if it acted up again.
I remembered 10 years ago I used these guys and I was thrilled with their knowledge, speed and price.
