Recently had a great experience with Good Guys Plumbing here in Sunnyvale.... Had them do removal of an old tank-style water heater (which was on its last legs), and installation of a Takagi tankless water heater, and upsizing the existing gas line to support it.

Adam answered all my questions up-front, and he kept me in the loop the whole time on what he was doing, and why. Cost for the new unit plus installation was reasonable, and the whole thing took exactly as long as they said it would. Included getting city permits and getting through the city inspection process. I would definitely go with Good Guys Plumbing again! Professional and experienced.

We worked with Adam, and he was super down to earth, flexible, accommodating and helpful! We had had Adam out three separate times now for three separate jobs. He has replaced our hot water heater under and the pipes leading to it when we had a broken pipe situation. He has replaced the valves under both master bathroom sinks, and finally Adam added an additional water shut off valve to make it easier for us to changed the water filleted for the house water filtration system. On all three jobs Adam was exceptional! His work was excellent, he is tidy, as other reviewers have mentioned he will explain as much or little as you want, he is very forthcoming and honest, his prices are very fair and on top of everything he is a super nice guy. We will call him again without hesitation!

Adam and his team did a great job, my wife and I have used him before doing small repairs. But when it came to doing the full-scale movement and replacement of our hot water heater. Good Guys Plumbing is a reliable and no nonsense plumbing service that we used at our rental property. We had a leaking tankless water heater and called up several plumbing companies that were unable to diagnose the problem and finally we found GGP. They were able to get the whole unit replaced within a few hours at a very reasonable price. In addition, GGP is honest and values its customers. In our area, hard water is a huge problem and Adam consulted us about having filters installed. He was not pushy like other salesmen but said to call him up when we were ready because we wanted to try magnetic descaling before going to filters. After installing the filters, one of the magnetic descalers were missing. Adam were happy to order new magnets! A+ service and communications! We know were to call for our next service!

Adam and his team installed a gas line for the stove and also water line for the refrigerator. Their pricing was right inline with other quotes I received. Nice guys who are professional and efficient in their work. I was really worried the gas line would look ugly, but the way they ran it in the garage and below the stove was perfect. You hardly notice it. Highly recommend!!

I was having problems with water heater shutting off continuously. After having several plumbing companies come out and do their fixes I continued to have problems. I finally called Good Guys Plumbing and they sure have the proper name for their company. Adam, the owner operator, was like a doctor diagnosing an illness. He thought things out methodically and gave me several options. I of course had to make the decision but based on Adam's thoroughness in evaluating the issues I decided to buy a new water heater and based on Adam's experience with many brands of heaters I went with the one he suggested. He and an employee removed the old water heater and installed the new one and were meticulous in their work. All I can conclude with is you can't go wrong with the Good Guys.
