I had a hot water heater that was leaking at the bottom. I knew I needed to do something asap, so I started looking for a contractor who could respond fairly quickly. I came across Good Guys, along with a few others. Good Guys responded first. I spoke with Jean Changeux. He walked me through my options (which were few) and said he could respond within the time frame I wanted. It was actually Jean who came to do the work. He had extensive experience and was knowledgeable, professional, had good work habits, good problem solving skills, and left the work area every bit as clean as he had found it. He answered any questions I had, and was patient in doing so. When he left, he was adamant that I recheck the system for any leakage or failures over the next 2 days, and respond to him with what I found, even if all was okay. Also, I was quoted a price upfront that was fair, and there was no issue at 'closing'. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs

I had a leak issue in my house on Memorial Day and searched in Yelp to see if I could find anything related to the matter, so I read about Good Guys Homecare there and I called them. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and attentive, he scheduled an appointment with one of their representatives, Jean who showed up at my door within an hour and gave me some good advice. He immediately figured put the problem area, which to my surprise had nothing to do with a pipe leak! He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips as to what the best next course of action should be. I highly recommend their services, I know I will call them with any future problems in my property.

Jean was amazing! He responded very quickly and was available next day. He was very good about covering his shoes while walking through the house and was friendly with my pets. He gave a very reasonable quote and was able to come the next day to finish the job after the free estimate. He was running a little late but stayed in proactive communication with me the entire time and was very apologetic. The timing worked out well for me in the end, but I really appreciated how he stayed in touched the whole time. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and enjoyed chatting with him while he finished the job. He was super quick and efficient! Jean is absolutely the best! We provided him details on the problem, thought we had the right solution, but he came and explained the ins and outs of electric tankless water heaters vs traditional ones. I thought the space wouldn't allow for a bigger, more efficient heater but luckily Jean is very knowledgeable! Scheduled the installation on no time and Jean had the new water heater in very quickly! We are SO happy that we can finally both take a shower without the hot water running out. Use Goodguys, they really are the best and who I will always go with!

Jean did an excellent job, and explained everything to me thoroughly, which especially made the entire process run smoothly. I had a clogged bathroom sink which needed a part replaced, rusty & leaking tub fixtures and slowly draining toilet, which resulted in the replacement of most of the inter parts of the commode. Jean took extra care to advise me about the issues, finished the job with a high level of professionalism and even cleaned up after himself. The total cost came to about $580. I will certainly use this company again!
