Quick response last night for plugged patio drain ... Leo came to my home short notice and cleared dirt and debris that plugged my patio drain.

When I contacted them and I provided some pictures they were able to explained the cause of the discrepancy, the two alternatives I had to fix it. They were knoledgeable and explained/answered any questions I had. In addtion, they showed up as scheduled.

I had a very positive experience with Leo and his team today. What should have been a simple snaking to unclog a toilet turned into lengthy troubleshooting as multiple items were lodged in the bottom where it should drain. Leo and his team carefully and thoroughly went through step by step and kept me updated on the process.

I have a unique, small space toilet that isn't straight forward. They kept at it and eventually removed the top of a toilet brush that was stuck near the drain. Overall, reasonable rate for the time and work involved and ultimately saved me having to buy a new toilet. Will definitely use again and highly recommend for a professional service with fair and honest pricing.

We had a huge leak from the kitchen sink at night, got in contact with Leo via Yelp and he came out the same night to look at it. He is very communicative and friendly. Explained to us there's a crack in the plastic sink drain and it needs to be replaced. After the job is done, we saw a small leak from another area of the sink a couple days later, and got in contact with Leo again. He came out on the next available slot and went above and beyond to fix it for us, and even cleaned our garbage disposal! Highly recommend, quality work, professional and friendly service.
