Our family is so very happy with the kindness & helpfulness of Adamu Robinson & office lady Brianna. I am writing this for my parents Millie & Fred in Gardena. The guy who serviced our heater also did an excellent job. My parents are so very satisfied & happy with their new heater.
My mother said she felt so taken care of by Adamu and Briana. They are so appreciative for their kind & caring ways, and the technician who did a competent job. Their heater is able to warm the house so comfortably. Thank you for such kind & competent service & work. I highly recommend this company!

I had a pipe rupture in my new home last week, and I called Good Guy in a panic. It was quite an alarming situation for me as I could not locate the leak or the shut-off. Luckily, Adamu came in less than an hour, and was able to quickly locate the the leak -- inside an interior wall with no access. He cut into the wall in a very conscientious way to preserve trim for future repairs. He then quickly repaired the line and left me up and running. I was on the verge of facing a real disaster, but thanks to the quick response time from Good Guy, and the good troubleshooting by Adamu, I was able to get by without major damage. Thank you!

Adamu came over to our place of business and helped us out of a tight spot. Apparently, Roto Rooter is on commission so they'll tell you your whole bathrooms need to be replaced and then they insult you by charging you for the quote because they can't possibly think people are so stupid to believe them.
So he did the small repairs that were needed at a super reasonable/very fair price and explained everything that was, and WAS NOT, needed! Thank you, Good Guys, because you are! You saved my company lots of money and made me look good to my bosses. You are awesome and you will be invited back anytime we need plumbing services. FANTASTIC JOB/KUDOS!!!!

The two gentlemen that came out this morning were wonderful. I want to thank Danny and the other gentleman. I'm sorry, I forgot his name but thank you. They were honest and repaired the drain. This other guy from another company said he needed to open up the wall. I had a feeling this was not true.

Both JJ and Adamu are very knowledgeable and do the work properly, many times even fixing an improper job done by a previous plumbing company. The employees are very courteous and friendly. They give quick and honest estimates and they show up on time! No need for us to look anywhere else for the moment, these guys have us covered. We also received some great advice and guidance on what our next steps are for the old sewer piping that exists in our old Torrance area home. You can trust these plumbers and they will make sure you are satisfied. A business that cares about their customers satisfaction and results... imagine that?

It's always nerve-wracking when you need plumbing work done on your home. Luckily, Good Guy Plumbing was so amazing to work with! Friendly, professional, they don't talk down to you, all costs are very clearly disclosed in writing. I had a leaky water main running from the meter to my house, so they had to dig into the front lawn to replace it. They did a great job, super fast, and they cleaned up really well afterwards. I will definitely use them again. So glad I've found my new plumber!
