I use good Good guy plumbing twice I have to say these guys are Great I had a little emergency underneath my kitchen sink that was leaking they took care of it right away then just recently I had them back for another issue they were there right on time did everything perfectly I definitely recommend these guys they are good guy plumbers

We had a new gas line installed from the gas meter to the house. The bid was reasonable and the scheduling worked out for us. Originally, the job was bid for one day, but it actually took two. I think they underestimated how long it would take to hand dig the trench.

We are very happy with the finished job and are thrilled to have our hot water and heat back! They tidied the work area up nicely and there were no hidden charges.

Definitely will consider using these guys again!

I needed to run a new water line from my house into my back guest house. Gave Good Guy Plumbing a call and the owner (Rob) was at my place same day. Very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a better price than 2 other local plumbers. They started 2 days later. Brick and some cement needed to be busted to run the line. Not only were they clean, but they were quick and did a fantastic job. I was worried about replacing the brick and how it would look, but they were able to use the same ones that were lifted up. Looked perfect when done. Couldn't of been happier with the job they did. Bonus!! I had a weird noise coming from my master bathroom toilet. Rob took a look and informed me it was a simple fix, just a $60 part that needed to be replaced. They did it for FREE! These guys are the real deal and I even received a thank you letter after. 5 stars across the board.

Had a pretty bad water leak, and called Good Guy Plumbing to come out and take a look. I'm so glad I met these guys, Robert was attentive and the communication was fantastic. Ernie knew exactly what needed to replace and they did great work. Can't say enough about these guys. My go to plumbers without a doubt.

Get your pricing up front. Gold silver bronze who knows. Had to ask for booties as it was raining. Did not call when on way. Took 20 minutes trying to fix faucet as side occurrence and just put old o-ring back in. Don't call at 7 in morning, no one there. On line booking times don't exist they tell you and change

Customer service needs to improve. I took the day off, after making a confirmed appointment. An hour before they were supposed to show, my appointment was canceled and the soonest next appointment they would give me was an entire week later...another day off!!

We called around to see if a plumbing company can install an In-wall-water-bottle dispenser and most couldn't. If they could, they quoted me some crazy amount or didn't get back in a timely manner. Robert was the REAL DEAL. He responded promptly and was super personable. He came out when our dispenser arrived to see where we can put it and when he left within hours we received a reasonable quote via email. Within a few days his team (Ernie and another worker I forgot his name) came and installed the system. They were super friendly and so fun to work with. We also had some other valve issues, and again, Robert gave us a a reasonable quote, followed up accordingly and got his team out the next day to replace it. LOVE LOVE LOVE working with each and person at Good Guys Plumbing they made me feel like family and was on top of it!
