Overall I think responsiveness, timeliness, and completeness there were nothing wrong at all. I rarely cross over outside of reviewing restaurants but This time I had to leave a review.

After the work was completed, I was told the report would be sent to the city and I would get an invoice later for the work since there was an additional device that needed to be tested. I of course said ok and thought nothing more of it.

Fast forward about a month later. I had already forgotten this issue since I was expecting an email. I get a letter from the city saying my test was incomplete and that my water will be cutoff soon. I called back and was told they had forgot to submit the report and they would do it ASAP. There were no mention of the second device cost so I thought maybe they were going to throw it in for free since there was a lateness.

I of course then get an email with the invoice for the additional device and finally a few days later I think I was cc'ed on the report sent to the city. Now, if I had been out or didn't check my mail for a while I really could have my water turned off and I think that even affects my credit? That's not good.

Fantastic Experience!

Needed a backflow test completed, as we were late by a week according to the city.

Scheduled an appointment with Good Guy for Friday, and then I sent an email asking them to come earlier, if possible.

They got back to me in an hour, and confirmed they could make an earlier appointment for me! Super cool service, super easy, and well worth it!

I would use Mac again in a heartbeat!

Sure there were already six perfect reviews. Just thought I'd add a seventh. Scheduled my appointment online. Got email reminders. Guy came as promised. Took fifteen minutes. Was personable, professional and Bam, done. Last year we went with someone else. 3X the price and 1/3 the service. Good Guy will get my service every year.

Easy peasy. Love the simple, clean, on-line scheduling. And voila, Mac at the door on time, quick, nice guy and had an emailed copy of the registration sent into the city of Seattle that afternoon. (Last company didn't/wouldn't send in registration and we had to have it done a second time.)
