This is definitely our new plumbing company. With everything going on here in CenTex it's good to know that some companies are still being honest and doing good work. Very knowledgeable on tankless heaters. Did a troubleshoot on our heater and found the problem in no time to get us back up and running. Thanks guys!

Like so many others, we ended up with several issues after the freeze, including a busted tankless water heater. After a hugely disappointing experience with a different (price-gouging) plumber, we were connected to Good Flow through a friend and neighbor. Despite being just as busy as every other plumber in town, they responded quickly with professionalism and a friendly manner - they showed up when they said they would, were helpful and informative and the price was as expected and very reasonable. We are now customers for life! Thank you, Good Flow!

If I can give negative stars I would. Not only were charges unreasonable but their customer service was by far the worst. Rudest and most intimidating customer service I ever encountered a few months ago. Manager (who did not share his name or offered introduction of himself) was screaming at me over the phone that almost made me cry. I was sad and disappointed how someone can give up integrity and rapport for the sake of $$ and power over consumers and other humankind who are in dire need of getting their water pipes fixed or having to deal with other issues. :(( Staff is also unfriendly over the phone when I called for a consultation. Do not use their service.

Did you know you're supposed to flush and descale your tankless hot water heater annually? I sure didn't. Our neighbor recommended this company and we couldn't be happier. The incredibly friendly intake person was able to get me in for a next day appointment and the two guys that showed up (on time!) were awesome. They took the time to explain to me how these types of water heaters work and why you need to keep them clean. Also, Good Flow by far had the best price out of the 4 companies I contacted.

We have been using Good Flow Plumbing for 5 years. They are the only plumbing company we use. They helped us with all the plumbing for two separate bathroom renovations, as well as doing many small jobs for us. Just last week they replaced our kitchen faucet. They were flexible with scheduling and showed up on time, did excellent work, and left everything spic and span. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I repeat ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company. Beware of using them. I hired them because they were the only plumbing company available on the date I needed and the process with them was horrific. They lied to me multiple times (even giving me falsified information) and said my plumbing work would cost upwards of $41k. When I got a second opinion from another plumber the second company said my pipes were fine and when I confronted Good Flow about it they yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me. I wasted almost $300 worth of services on them and HIGHLY regret it. The manager I spoke on the phone with (denied giving me his name) there is extremely rude and condescending and their technician Mark (who serviced our house) is a liar.

Please, please do not use them at all for any service. They are liars and swindlers. There are better plumbing companies in Austin that I would gladly pay for over these crooks.

Consumer beware. We hired Good Flow for an inspection. They lied to us about our plumbing and way over quoted us. We had to get a second opinion and sent out a second company. The second company confirmed we didn't have any issues with photos. We called back to Good Flow to ask them for pictures as the original quote did not have any photos. They said pictures are only provided if asked beforehand prior to the inspection (how would we know that) so they didn't have any. Horrible customer service and definitely not professional. Anyways, long story short, I highly do not recommend Good Flow. Idon't want anyone to go through the horrible experience we went through. This is a shady company and trying to make money using scare tactics. Also, read other people's reviews as their stories are very similar to mine.
