It's hard to imagine one can be so excited about finding a great plumbing company, but when you've worked with as many trades as I have, finding guys like the Good Flow crew is such an incredible relief.

I first called them for a tankless water heater issue, which thankfully with their honesty, turned out to be a simple issue of flushing out the system. I had procrastinated thinking that I'd have to dish out a ton of cash for a huge repair or a new water heater. Flushing a water heater takes some time, and as we were getting ready to need a lot of plumbing work at another property I used this time to ping Darrel with as many questions as I could. He was happy to be helpful and informative, and I knew after that I could count on them for all my upcoming needs.

They have since repaired, replaced, installed new plumbing and fixtures quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They show up when they say they will and get the job done with respect for you and your property. The friendly and professional manner of these guys is a huge bonus!

UPDATE: I originally gave Good Flow 5 stars, but they had to come out twice for our slow draining tub issue, and it still didn't get fixed. We called Johnny Rooter and they solved our problem, although it cost a lot of money to fix between calling two plumbers. To Good Flow's credit, they did come out without charge on their second try on the tub drain, and they did a good job fixing our leak by the main water shut off. They're great guys, and we liked them, but in the end we were left with a problem that didn't get taken care of until we called somebody else.


We had a slow draining tub and a slow leak by the main water shut off. We feared the repair by the street might be ultra expensive, and also were nervous about being taken advantage of by a dishonest, overcharging plumber. We looked for some Yelp Help.

We chose Good Flow and they lived up to the hype. They fixed both problems at a fair, affordable price. Unlike some other companies I've read about, they didn't charge us for travel time, even when they had to drive back to get a larger piece of machinery for the job. The guy who came out to serve us was knowledgeable, hard working, and polite.

I would highly recommend Good Flow based on this experience, and use them again should we encounter another plumbing problem.

There aren't enough good things to say about these guys. I had a problem with an unknown water leak on the side of my house. I called Good Flow and they came out the next day. Turned out it was a minor leak and took them no time at all to fix the problem. Good Flow is professional, courteous, trustworthy and above all else a truly amazing group! We could not have been happier with Darrell and everyone at Good Flow Plumbing. Our mystery leak was suddenly creating very high water bills. I was expecting the worst and very expensive plumbing bill to match.

I called at 11:45 AM and Darrell was at my front door at 3:30 PM that same day. He made quick work of checking all the easy/obvious spots for the leak and when those came up fruitless, he was able to locate the leak in my front yard with only minor digging. He kept me posted on his progress and explained his next steps. Within hours, he was finished. It was clear our leak had been fixed and our water pressure is better than ever.

Their rates are competitive and they're honest, friendly, and skilled. The final price was more than fair and we couldn't be happier.

I would never hope for plumbing issues but when they arise, I'll be happy to have Good Flow Plumbing back to our home.

My experience with Good Flow was exceptional. As an investment property owner I am always looking for go-to contractors for when things pop up which are usually at the most inconvenient times. I was out of town and had an issue and Good Flow responded quickly, handled the job and went out of their way to make it convenient for me as well as my tenant. I can honestly say I never thought I'd write a review for a plumbing company but after dealing with an extensive remodel and many trades, I was blown away by Good Flow. They are honest, efficient and reliable. They show up when they say they are going to and they do so with a friendly demeanor. I am a stay at home Mom with three small children so I was incredibly grateful to feel so secure with these folks in and out of my home for days on end. They are like the anti-plumbing plumbers in that they do great work without all the negative stereotypes that so often summarize plumbers. These guys are clean cut, trustworthy and there's not any low slung jeans to be found. I can't recommend them enough.
