I needed help on a short timeline with plumbing in an old East Austin building. Good Flow was awesome throughout the process. Came to the site twice, fixed the issue at minimal cost and was thoughtful and responsive along the way. I'll for sure be calling Good Flow and Darrell next time I have plumbing issues.

We've used Good Flow three times in the last month or so. The first was to install a kitchen faucet that started as a DIY project. When I realized that I was in over my head, I began calling around for emergency plumbers. This was a day before we were to have a house full of guests and we had no kitchen sink. Good Flow to the rescue. Matthew came out and completed the installation. I asked him to take a look at a few other things around the house that were nagging me (e.g. slow drip faucet, etc) and he noticed that our water heater was showing rust on the outlet pipe. He walked me through the warranty process and instructed me on what to say to the manufacturer to ensure that I'd get a replacement. I followed his guidance and the company came through. I used Good Flow again for the replacement and then had Matthew come out a third time to fix the aforementioned nagging repairs.

It is rare to feel this degree of trust with a company but that's how I feel with Good Flow. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

These guys were one of three I called to inquire about replacing my water heater. They were able to quickly set an appointment and swing by. When talking about the estimate they noticed the switch was in the incorrect location. Turns out sometime between our move in and some upgrades we made the switch was moved and the water wasn't heating. One flick of the switch and our hot water is back. Too be honest, as busy as I've been, they could have taken me for a ride on the heater, but I appreciate the honesty and the fact they didn't charge me for the visit. I had another guy look at it a few hours before from one of the larger chains and even though he also looked around, he didn't catch it (or didn't bring it up).

Regarding cost, having received the three bids, he was right at about the price of the most competitive bid I received, but they use Rheem professional products (higher quality than what you can get at Home Depot).

In all, based on great customer service and competitive pricing I would strongly recommend you give them a call about replacing your residential water heater.

$175 to replace a single cap on a part in my toilet and put a washer in a sink valve. Two guys were here for a grand total of 20 minutes.

Shop around. This was a total rip off.

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I had low water pressure in one of shower faucets that had been looked at by 2 different plumbers (through my warranty company) ... the last plumber was wanting me to break the tile in the shower to give him access to the pipes - hesitant to do this I called these guys for another opinion. They came out the next day and fixed it in 20 minutes! They saved me from a potentially very expensive shower tile remodel. They were very professional and even stuck around afterwards to give me some advice on my hot water heater. Very affordable as well! THANK YOU!

Set up an appointment, they called and said they will be two hours late because of "flat tires". So my first thought was if it takes these guys two hours to change a tire maybe they arent the best, but oh well. Wait two more hours and get another call saying they cant come in at all. Thanks a lot for the wasted day Good Flow! Very unprofessional.

After we had our foundation leveled, we found out our sewer pipes were cracked and needed to be replaced. I called five different companies and received various quotes to say the least. Some even wanted to charge me over $600 to just come and identify that there was a leak. Thank God for Good Flow Plumbing. Darrell showed up when he said he was and gave me a quote I could live with. Joel and his staff were great to work with and communicate with throughout the process. They showed up on time and even though they had to cut through our foundation to replace the pipes, the job site (with the exception of the dust)was actually very clean.

If you ever need a plumber you can trust. Someone who will be fair with you. Give Good Flow Plumbing a call. You will be pleasantly surprised.

These guys are amazing. We've used them 4-5 times in a total emergency and they we on the spot and more than reasonable. Even helped me trouble shoot a broken pipe over the phone and found someone else that they trusted to come out because they were not in the area. Cannot recommend them enough.
