I submitted a request on yelp, he contacted me immediately. I had a paid a previous plumber to come out and when it came time for the previous plumber to come back to fix my issue he never answered or replied. So that's why I contacted yelp, and Chris was amazing and tried to offer ways to help without costing me extra money knowing I had already paid another plumber. He even took the time to call the city himself to determine a plan for part of my issue so I didn't have to. He gave me his personal cell phone number and stayed in constant contact with me even after hours. He is very reliable, showed up promptly to help me get my issue fixed! I submitted my request on Yelp, and Chris sent me his phone# directly, not like the other companies sending tons of info but still asking me to make online appointment. He almost came immediately to check the problem. My outdoor faucet was leaking after the winter, and those frost-free hydrant are never really frost-free. He pull the hydrant out and removed the tape stuck inside the wall, and it took him some time to go several places for the hydrant. Eventually the issue was fixed fast, and he concealed the pipe nicely and even wrote down for me what needs to be protected. Fair, very professional, direct and get things done.

Chris is one of the nicest and helpful vendors I've ever worked with even though we only spoke for a few minutes. I had a terrible clanging sound from my disposal but we weren't able to schedule anything until after Xmas. He offered to walk me through the fix over the phone and viola! It was taken care of in no time. A+

I called Good Fellas Plumbing and they responded quickly on Yelp.

I had one washer faucet shut off leaking but while he had to repair the one I had him fix both shut-offs instead of just one.

Chris and his team came out the same day and replaced both hot & cold washer shut-offs in less than 20 minutes.

Chris stated his price and solved the problem quickly with the original quoted price.

As far as the service I would highly recommend this company to solve your plumbing problems.

Outstanding service was provided at a reasonable cost. We were having issues with water pressure at our house. I spoke with Chris and he gave me a highly probable reason as to what the issue was. He was able to fit me into his schedule and was able to correct the problem right away (faulty pressure regulator). They did a great nod of digging up the plumbing in the front yard without causing any damage to the grass. They cleaned up and were able to put the grass back on top. We have used him on several projects and he is definitely a person we can trust to be fair and reasonable.
