Dispatch was kind but did not follow through with the scheduling of the plumber.
The plumber NEVER called that he was going to be late and NEVERED showed up.

Will not use Good Earth Plumbing.

After detecting the gas leak for $275, was given a quote for $5000. Supposedly the whole house needed new gas piping. I had another guy come and fix the leak for $250. The whole house didn't need repiping!

We had recently started a remodel and were able to see into the wall into our other bathroom. Where we observed there was a pinpoint leak in the pipes in the tub area. Time of being of the essence between our other shower being gone due to the remodel and it being evening we called Good earth plumbing. We used them once before for our tankless water heater as well. They came right out thank goodness had pipe back together quick was able to have water restored in our bathroom. Highly recommend

We suspected gas leak at our restaurant and called a plumber that responded first on the list, It did not turn out well.
We finally found Good Earth Plumbing on Google and saw their great work on video and asked them to do the work at our restaurant in the evening.
Adam responded and came right away. It was fast professional work and completed on time. Great job!

About two weeks, I had scheduled an appointment between 9AM and 11AM which was confirmed by their staff. The day off, I never heard from them, and they never even attempted a follow up to let me know what happened. I lost my whole morning and had to look for another plumbing service. Extremely frustrating of how unresponsive they were.

Very hard to get them to come back to correct their errors. They say they will send someone but then no one shows up, this has been going on for weeks.

Adam has done a few jobs for my home and rental property. This guy can fix anything related to plumbing! He's on time, stick to the quote he gave me BEFORE starting work (so no surprises), and he cleans up after every job! His prices are reasonable too. It's hard to find a good plumber. He is my go to guy for all plumbing needs!
