Vernon was a life saver.. Our septic was backing up into our tub. I called he was there within the hour to see what the problem was. We had just bought this home a month prior and he said all the plumbing in there crawl space was wrong and not up to code.
Come to find out our home inspector admitted he didn't even go underneath.
Vernon came out the next morning and redid everything and we are up and running again.

This business is owned and operated by Vernon Chadwick. HIs business is a small family owned business and I like to patronize family owned small businesses. I found him on Facebook through an ISO ad. He came over the next day. He explained what he needed to do for our issue, went out and got the part, and returned quickly and repaired our issue. Great job!

My only concern, hence the 4 stars, is that I feel he should have up front told me his service charges policy, what he charges per hour, etc. In addition, the receipt should have been itemized for parts and labor costs, which it wasn't.. I feel this is not a deal breaker for his service, but a good customer service policy with receipts.

I would recommend him to others.
