Ursala T.Do not use this company. They are terrible. I contacted my home warranty company and they assigned me to them to fix a plumbing issue in July. They came out assessed the issue and them forgot about me. The issue was approved to get fixed but they keep saying they would come out but have not fixed the issue. It is now October and I still can't use my master bathroom sink. They don't answer their phone, the voice mail is full and they don't have any follow through with calling back. I paid my payment the warranty company requires so unless I want to pay another payment I'm stuck with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES!
