A+++ Service! Steve was so kind and returned my call right away. I'm not the best at explaining plumbing/mechanical issues and he was so patient with me. His crew (who were both super nice as well!) arrived to our home within 2 hours hours of my original call! They were efficient and fixed our issue right away. I called Good Call Plumbing to look at my backed-up basement drain. The receptionist gave me a quote and told me she would fit me in that day. Well, less than two hours later Jake and Calvin were at my door (after calling ahead) ready to tackle the drain. They used a camera to view the drain and then rodded the drain. They even cleaned up the sewer mess on the floor. After that they fixed the slow flow of the utility sink faucet, and they fixed the water softener salt tank ( a bridge had formed). Jake and Calvin were patient with my questions and always professional. I was very happy with Good Call Plumbing and will be recommending them to family and friends!

The request was for a whole house water filter to be replaced and filters added to the reverse osmosis system. The whole house water filter replacement was great. New valve before and after. However after the replacement of a few of the reverse osmosis filters, I was told my tank was bad and in need of replacement. They said there was no pressure at the tank and that could be seen by water trickling out of the faucet. I said the pressure through the faucet was fine before the filters were replaced. They checked the lines, checked the pressure, with time and $$$ adding up.
I was given a quote of $830 for replacement of the tank. I said I would think about it. I was also told I would receive a quote for an entire new RO setup if I only wanted to replace one filter and not multiple with my current setup. Well, I got to thinking. Since the water lines were purged for the replacement of the whole house water filter, the reverse osmosis tank would have little to no pressure/water. The plumbers should have known this. A quick search on Google and YouTube and I found I was right. A 2-4 hour wait to recharge and the reverse osmosis tank should be ready. Yes. Everything is working fine now and there was no need to spend money on a new tank I didn't need or new RO system which I also didn't need.

I was charged $475 to install a new garbage disposal. I looked online and the part was only $110 so they charged me about $350 for labor and they were only here for 30 minutes. That's $750 per hour labor charge.

He reviewed the issues, recommended the fixes and provided the costs. The work was done within hours, and my home was respected. They protected my floors and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Called Good Call Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing 2 silcocks. Jake and Kevin came out and gave us a price and did the job within 1 hour and 20 minutes. Jake and Kevin were both very nice and Jake explained what he was going to do. We will definitely call Good Call again next time we need plumbing work done.

I called Good Call Plumbing to replace two water heaters in the basement. I also wanted them to re-route a bit of plumbing that would allow me to turn one of the heaters off when it is just me and my wife at home, and turn the other heater on when others are over and hot water demand would increase. Ed and Brett listened to what I was asking of them and did a tremendous job with the installation. They were friendly, clean and good about how the new system worked. They tested it all before they left and swept the floors on the way out. Great job guys and I would highly recommend Good Call based on my experience!
