Kevin and Good2Go was assigned to our case by our home warranty people to fix our hot water heater. It had started leaking and was flooding our basement.
Despite having to reschedule several times for things like ""I have junk in my truck that I need to get out"" and ""my wife needed an emergency doctor's appointment"" he arrived about a week after we had placed the ticket with our home warranty.
When Kevin arrived, he took one look and said it was done. I wish that was where this story ended - that he submitted the information, got us a new water heater and installed it.
But no. My wife kept refreshing our case and seeing that no paperwork, no pictures, no specs had been uploaded. She finally took it upon herself to upload the pictures of the leaks as well as the specs that we needed in order to get a replacement. Five days after his visit he finally uploaded something to the home warranty people. After that he began a text conversation with my wife telling her ""you need to stop talking with them (the home warranty people)"" and that ""I've never had a customer do what you're doing"". On top of that he constantly said ""you need to relax, calm down, and be patient. You're getting a new water heater, stop complaining"" or something along those lines.
Being lazy is one thing, but insulting your customers while you are basically representing a home warranty is something completely different. I took it upon myself to reach out to him an air my grievances. Starting my text with ""I have a meeting in 30, so I'm going to get this out as quickly as possible."" When he responded - he immediately tried to call, when I was in the meeting showing that he took absolutely no care to read our complaint. He stated later that he was the sole reason that our claim got accepted, despite my wife being the one who sent all the pictures. He then went on to insult me saying ""I have a very poor perception of time"" and ""I can tell that you're the type of person who can't wait to try to get someone in trouble. You live for it.""
Side Note: I didn't have a yelp account before this, or if I did, I haven't used it in YEARS. I had to sign up for an account JUST so that I can post this review about Good2Go and Kevin.
The real kick in the shorts is that this morning he claimed, after the conversation last night, that he was going to have the water heater ordered/delivered to our home/installed and finished by EoB today. The guy who took 5 days with constant poking by my wife to upload stuff to the home warranty was going to find a second wind and manage to finish everything today.
Absolutely laughable service, poor communication skills, abysmal time management, and an absolutely disgusting personality. The proper response would have been to apologize to my wife, even if there was an excuse in there, and then move forward. But he doubled down and then insulted me, so I insulted him back and called him an ""Undercooked Hot Pocket."" I don't know if it's just time to retire or what, but this was an absolute joke of service. Do not use Good2Go. If your home warranty attempts to assign him, ask for a more reputable service person. I wish Yelp allowed for 0 stars.

Kevin has horrible time management skills, he kept pushing our time back giving excuse after excuse. The one time he did show up 1.5 hours late he told me he didn't know how to work on my unit and left. This last time after waiting over 7 hours for him, he said he'd be by on sat but decided to text a photo of his bike saying he'd rather work on it. Terrible customer service.

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. I am still stuck with the same problem.
I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.
I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.

This company does not value customer time.
Assigned repair for our home warranty a week in advance. They provided a four hour window. I took off time from work and waited. I finally called 10 minutes from the end of the four hour window. Technician said he would be right over. I waited another hour. Their front office called my wife and I over an hour after that to see if the tech had shown up. Rescheduled through our warranty company, hopefully with a provider that values customers and customer time. I had to take five hours of my vacation time, and finally got a call back from the tech two and a half hours after the service window closed.
