Always good to see a vet. It is rare for electricians and plumbers to get along. Excellent customer service as well as great work. My customers are happy being his customer. Highly reccomend as he is professional, courteous, and a master of his trade.

I've found him ... the perfect plumber! I knew such a person existed somewhere in the bay area, but in the three decades that I've lived here, I will confess that I haven't had the best of luck with home repairs. Well, at the risk of sounding melodramatic, I think I've found my plumber for life, lol. So, I'm not going to be repeat some of the other reviews and tell you how Shane is so goddamn honest (he is!), how his prices are down-to-earth fair (yeah, he was lower that anyone else I contacted!), or ... well ... let me just tell you that his work is impeccable (he knows what he's doing!), that he's punctual (came right on time!), and that he'll go out of his way to explain to you what he needs to do and why. Shane took care of some rusty and corroded pipes leading out of our water heater. He was very thorough and made sure he did the job perfectly the first time around. As he worked on the repairs, we struck quite an engaging conversation that I thoroughly enjoyed. A skilled plumber and a truly nice guy ... highly recommended!

Shane is a life saver! Our toilet was clogged and nothing we did helped. I finally gave in and contacted a plumber. I sent out a couple of requests and Shane responded almost instantly. With a couple of questions, Shane was headed our way! I was AMAZED how fast he responded. Shane is extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest. He informed me of the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He also explained to me what the issue was and how it happens, he also offered some suggestions on what I can do if it clogs so I can do it on my own. Definitely a number I'm saving in my phone and recommend to EVERYBODY! This is your family's plumber.

Shane from Good 1 Minor plumbing is the LAST HONEST PLUMBER.

Most plumbers are money hungry and take advantage of people. Shane is the total opposite; he was very transparent, competent, reasonably priced and understanding. Called him on Sunday regarding my clogged toilet, which later turned out to be an issue with my sewer pipe. Before calling Shane, I had called several other plumbing companies, they all wanted to charge just to come out and diagnosis the issue, some wanted to charge weekend rate in addition. I explained the issue to Shane over the phone and he explained estimated cost based on the information I was giving him. He stated he would not be able to give me a specific amount on the cost until he assessed the issue in-person but would not charge to go out and look. He came out later that night and tried to solve the issue in the least costly manner. That night him and I thought the problem had been resolved, after taking out the toilet and running several tests. Shane then had to come out two more times because of a problem that was out of his control and due to an old sewer pipe. In-between every visit he would check-up and follow-up on the status of the problem. It has been one week since he last came out and my toilet is running great.

If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Shane and Good 1 Minor Plumbing is who I'm calling.

Courteous and hilarious, Shane made a frustrating emergency situation far more bearable. He was very knowledgeable and gave an honest estimate of the range of repairs we could do, helping us figure out what was absolutely necessary in the short term, and what could be done long term if we so chose to. He fixed the emergency problem (hot water leak) very quickly, and we're looking forward to having him back for some additional repairs. Thank you so much, Shane!

We had a leak in the faucet of our shower over tub for several months. We had several other plumbers come out to fix it and spent $1000. None of the other plumbers fixed the leak. Shane fixed the leak in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable charge. He is a really knowledgeable and nice person and easy to work with. We would call him again for any plumbing problem and recommend him.
