Our water heater went out while we were out of town. Shane talked to us while we were out of town, met us as we came home late on a Friday night, took a look at the water heater, got it squared away so it would quit leaking water until he could replace it on Saturday. He picked up a new water heater for us on Saturday morning and got the job done. He works hard, is efficient and really seems to care which is a rare find. If you need plumbing work done, we would highly recommend that you call him.

I'm not sure if I've ever written a yelp review, but I had to write one for Shane's excellent customer service/work/pricing. I purchased a whole home water filtration/water softener system which was delivered to my house. I went out for the day with my girlfriend during which time my husband decided he was capable of installing the system himself. I returned to an extremely leaky system. I called Shane and he offered to come over immediately (this was around 8 p.m.) to put a temporary fix and stop the leakage. He then came out the next day to properly install the system and did a fantastic job. He totally saved me!!! I will definitely be using Shane for all future plumbing issues. In addition, his pricing is totally reasonable.

Shane is such a great guy on top of being a great plumber. We had him change all the faucets and add a new sink at a very reasonable price. Work was great, clean and fast. No leaks for the last 4 month and counting. I would hire him for any job minor or major to be honest.

Shane from Good 1 Minor was a pleasure to work with. He was easy going, very honest and truthful with our plumbing issue. He was quick to respond to my request and was able set up an appointment and fix our kitchen sink immediately. My husband and I really appreciated that he made the trip to Home Depot twice in the same hour when we found out we had to replace our facet all together. He was happy to do so, and best of all his pricing was reasonable and the cheapest after calling around and getting estimates.

Since he was already at our home, I also let him know of the slow draining we had in one of the bathrooms. He happily took care of that problem and also recommended some products we can purchase in the future. We would definetly call Shane again for all our future plumbing needs.

OMG this guy is awesome. My insinkerator didnt work, i gave this guy a call and walked me through how to restart it. His advice worked and i couldnt thank him enough. People were already quoting me 80-100$ just to take a look at it and this guy was just so good and honest that he just told me how to fix it. Just shows what type of person your getting into business here with. Thanks! And if ever i do need REAL plumbing solutions, this guy is top of my list!
