Terrible service unreliable for a small town business. You would think they would want to compete against the big guys around here, but uncommunicative highly unrecommended

We called Gonzo's plumbing yesterday as my husband was trying to fix our shower and couldn't get it fixed as the stem broke off and they were their in less than and hour and had it fixed within a half hour!I would recommend them to anyone!The technician was very professional also!

I'll spare you the details, but we needed someone quick to come out and figure out why our drains were backing up. I called my uncle and asked who he would call here in Bullhead City. He replied well I see a plumber's truck around town all the time that says GONZO'S on the side. So that's who I called. 45 minutes later Eric was at my doorstep. 30 minutes after arrival he was loading his equipment back into his vehicle after running his snake down the pipe and clearing whatever was there. Service was quick and friendly.

Had kitchen sink problems. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, got the problem fixed in record time. Explained the problem and how his he was fixing it. Asked about other products they install and will be using them for other services as well. Outstanding job.
