Victor and Peter were great, and their office support with Nicole was awesome as well, she followed up through out the day to keep me in the loop of eta. I never do reviews but Biggest thing for me was I genuinely felt they were trying to help vs get me to pay more. Originally they had trouble pushing through the main pipe and suggested a larger work, when I expressed the financial constraint at the moment, they tried again and were able to do it. Honestly and genuine work is hard to find these days. They also were flexible with me and worked with me on the payment. I'm definitely doing my future work here and recommending. Thank you all!

Gonness pluming delivered quick and efficient work. My heater was no longer working. Victor came and helped me with the problem. He helped me remove, pick up new heater and replaced it. He and his assistant worked diligently until the heater was properly working. The first heater was not working properly so they went back to replace with a second one which is now working great. Their prices and professionalism speaks for itself. They left my home clean and working.

I have used Gonness Plumbing and Rooter twice, once for a replacement of emergency water turn off lever that I snapped due to the last plumber who installed, installed backwards. Gonness Plumbing came out, gave me a quote and the price was right. Well that was a smooth, fast repair and Victor, the owner is extremely nice and answered all my questions. Now my water heater is leaking and I suspect it might have to be replaced, my water heater is about 23 years old. I called Gonness along with 2 other reputable plumbers to get a quote. Gonness got the job.

Victor Gonzalez is very professional, kept me in the loop to advise he had emergency leak fix and he had to address and he let me know his ETA. He and is maintenance guy took out old water heater, cleaned, installed without any issues. They also took the old water heater for disposal. Yesterday, I had a leaky water heater and today - Replaced!!

I reached out via Yelp to get an estimate on a leak in my downstairs bathroom. I was notified that someone would call me to set up an appointment. The next day, the dispatcher whose name is Nichole, called back to schedule the appointment. When she said the name of the company, I thought she said her name was Donuts instead of Gonness! I told Nichole that since her name was Donuts, I was interested in anything she had to say. We laughed about that. Nichole was so sweet and patient with me and my hard of hearing. When the plumbers, Victor and Ivan arrived, they first handed me a package of donuts and stated that they were from dispatcher Nichole! She really made my day! Victor and Ivan found the leak issue was related to my air conditioning and not my plumbing. Victor explained to me what caused the leak and recommended that we get an air conditioning technician out to fix it. However, he did try to repair it himself but did not have the tools since it was an A/C issue. I also asked if they could install my garbage disposal! They were happy to do it even though I had not mentioned this repair initially. This is an awesome company. Friendly, professional, and reasonable prices. They put the garbage disposal in without charging me any extra from the original quote. Victor and Ivan did a great job! Thank you Gonness, (not donuts). I will definitely be using you again in the future.

On 4th of July at about 9pm, our water pipe broke and we had to turn off all the water to the house. They messaged me back right away and set up a time to come to our house the next day! Everything was fixed by 10:30am! They are amazing! :)

I inquired about having no hot water in my condo and the garbage disposal not working. Victor and Ivan came yesterday to assess it and bottom line, the water heater and garbage disposal had to be changed. I was quoted a fair price and given a discount on the labor for the disposal. They bought all the parts and installed everything within the afternoon. They were very patient and nice and even had to move the washer/dryer to get to the water heater which took some effort. I really appreciate all their work and both appliances are fixed now :). Thank you! Highly recommend their service!

Our kitchen sink clogged, I requested quotes. Very responsive, straightforward and excellent service. I received a quote very fast, good reasonable price, arrived on time as I was told, respectful, courteous and honest. Resolved the kitchen sink clogging. Very pleased with the service provided. Mr. Victor provided 30 days warranty on the service. I would recommend them highly.

Gonness Plumbing & Rooter gave excellent service for my family over the weekend. We had an emergency plumbing situation at our rental house that left us with a flooded bathtub, shower, and two toilets. Nothing was usable. Gonness plumbing responded and showed up within two hours, whereas the more popular plumbing service told us they wouldn't be able to come onto the property without the owners permission. The owner of the house is very difficult to reach and we would have been left with no plumbing until he was available. Gonness plumbing was a definite life saver. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
