Was notified by the city I had excessive water use and I had a leak somewhere. I searched for a plumber and called GPS. Within an hour they were at my door. They immediately found the leak and it was a big one. Within an hour and a half, they had it repaired and repaired correctly. I review bad businesses, but this business is as good as it gets. They are very honest and extremely professional. I was also very pleased at the fair pricing for the work they did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a top notch plumber. They deserve every one of the five stars I am giving them. They will definitely be my go to plumber. Thanks for a great job.....

Wow. I think one of the plumbers answered my phone call. Didn't seem happy about it. Sounded stressed. He abruptly asked what I needed and when I told him, it was a non-emergency repair of a toilet water leak and where I lived, he barked back that he was at least 3 weeks out on scheduling service. So much for customer service.

I had a problem with a weak flush on my toilet. I called several plumbers in the area and they were giving me minimum week wait. But this was urgent. I called these guys and they told me that they will be over within an hour. They diagnosed the problem and solved it quickly and cheaply. They are very professional and just cool dudes.

I had Ed and his son Ryan at my house yesterday to fix the water pressure in my shower. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my shower. Im having them coming back in a few weeks to fix a few other things. I would recommend them. I was having difficulty finding a plumber that returned calls and actually showed up. Ed answered the phone gave me an appt showed up on time and even called to follow up that I was happy with the job. I would give them more then 5 stars if allowed!

So I've had Gomiela Plumbing Service (AKA GPS plumbing) out to my house on a number of occasions now and I can speak to our continued satisfaction with them. Our first experience was on January 2nd, 2016 (original review here): Everything went great. I contacted them yesterday afternoon once our flooring people noticed the washing machine valves weren't shutting off properly. GPS was able to squeeze our job in first thing in the morning. They showed up on time, got right to work and wrapped the job up quickly. Once everything was done Ryan showed me how the replacement was done and told me how to operate the new valves. He noted in about 10 years, when they may need replacing again, with the new set up we could do it ourselves pretty easily. I'd absolutely recommend him and if we need more plumbing work, we'll absolutely give him and GPS a call. Just this past Friday (April 28, 2016), we had another plumbing emergency, a leaking water line to the house. They showed up within the hour and very quickly diagnosed the problem (a tree root was putting pressure on the pipe, which caused a crack). I had them re-route the waterline to the house to bypass a large oak tree to help avoid future issues. They quickly got to work, fixed up the new line, reset the sod and were wrapped up/ready to go before the day was up. I'm continually impressed with their quick response and professionalism. Their respect for the urgency of our plumbing needs and appreciation of our own schedules and timing has always been great. We've had them come by the house now on three separate occasions and every time we get top notch service.

Called Ryan this morning and he said he could get someone out today, but Tuesday would be first thing. I didn't mind waiting the extra day. He then called me right back and said he had an opening and had someone within the hour today to replace my water heater! Wonderful company and both Ryan and Eric were great to work with! Highly recommend!

Called and got to my house within an hour! Father, son duo who really know their stuff. Don't expect a hard sell """"you need this etc"""" these guys are HONEST! Simply refreshing from a service company! They explained what happened, why it happened and how to keep it from happening again and gave lots of tips and info. Actually left the work area cleaner than when they came. 5 stars all the way! Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks guys!
