Wow. I think one of the plumbers answered my phone call. Didn't seem happy about it. Sounded stressed. He abruptly asked what I needed and when I told him, it was a non-emergency repair of a toilet water leak and where I lived, he barked back that he was at least 3 weeks out on scheduling service. So much for customer service.

GPS made time in their busy schedule for me. New to the area and they have all 5 star ratings, wow! Came right out and immediately knew what to do and recommended a new heater. The old one was about 18 months old and from a big box store. $700+installation. Being consummate professionals they only handle premium top of the line products and were willing to take the old inexpensive one off my hands and replace it with a beauty that had brass fittings, cool. No firm number was given, but it was suggested as $2K +/-. On SS so couldn't swing it. Next day I met a neighbor who had worked on some heaters and he came by and fixed it in about 3 minutes. I gave him $10 bucks for lunch. So now I'm stuck with an old heater that is 18 months into its six year warranty, guess the $2K brass fitted beauty will have to wait and hopefully I can save up the money in the remaining time in warranty. If you need a brand new beautiful water heater (with brass fittings) I highly recommend these guys.

Called Ryan this morning and he said he could get someone out today, but Tuesday would be first thing. I didn't mind waiting the extra day. He then called me right back and said he had an opening and had someone within the hour today to replace my water heater! Wonderful company and both Ryan and Eric were great to work with! Highly recommend!

Had a problem with toilet tank continuously running...called Gomiela as a first time customer late on a Friday. Ryan made the service call Monday AM and quickly solved the problem (very knowledgeable). Gomiela is a professional, efficient company with great representative tradesmen. My new goto plumber.

I had an issue with no hot water coming to my washing machine and called GPS. They gave me a description of the possible problem with the water flow and a quote of what labor and parts would be over the phone. Even though it was not an emergency of any kind, GPS showed up within an hour and diagnosed the issue with my hot water or lack there of within minutes of arrival. 30 minutes later the valves were replaced and hot water was flowing again! Key points: - Very professional - Showed you was was wing with plumbing - Gave a set price for the whole job, no extra fees and charges - Cleaned up any dust from cutting the drywall - Insulated the new piping - Showed me how to cut water off to house from the main line - Gave tips on what to do when on vacation with water heater and water main All in all, a pleasure to have GPS to remedy my plumbing issue. I recommend their services if you are on the fence about choosing another plumber.

This is a great company. I had a toilet go out on a Saturday, he came Monday before lunch got it fixed in like 25 minutes, and haven't had a problem with it since . I would definitely call GPS again for any plumbing problems.

We contacted GPS on a Monday for a broken water heater and by Tuesday morning it was replaced. They were fast and professional. I would highly recommend!

I had Ed and his son Ryan at my house yesterday to fix the water pressure in my shower. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my shower. Im having them coming back in a few weeks to fix a few other things. I would recommend them. I was having difficulty finding a plumber that returned calls and actually showed up. Ed answered the phone gave me an appt showed up on time and even called to follow up that I was happy with the job. I would give them more then 5 stars if allowed!

We have used a local plumber in our area , who has seriously overcharged us... so looked on Yelp for another Plumber. My husband called , and they said they could come today no problem.
