These guys came within a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency), did the job quickly at a fair price, and stuck around for the rest of the hour to help assess my broken irrigation and leaky faucet (even recommending a cheaper alternative for the irrigation). Good work!

Ivan from Gomez Plumbing came out today to fix a Kohler toilet that hadn't been working right for months (slow and partial flush) and he diagnosed the problem quickly (adjusting the water level in the tank) and fixed it in two minutes. He did the same for the other Kohler toilet I had. I'd had a different plumbing company come out twice in the last 6-8 months and that plumber hadn't been able to fix the problem (and had charged me for two visits, mostly to snake out the drain--which wasn't even the problem--even though I'd told him I thought the problem was that toilet itself). Since Ivan's whole visit only took a few minutes and I had told him about having had another plumber out twice without the problem being fixed, Ivan kindly only charged me their travel fee, which was very reasonable. I'd also had Gomez Plumbing come out a couple of years ago to clean out the main sewer line from the house to the street when my washing machine in the garage backed up into the house through the toilet near the garage due to a blockage in the sewer line, and Santos Gomez was the first plumber in a number of years to be able to find the clean-out (buried under plants and dirt) in my front yard and he fixed the drainage problem. So Gomez Plumbing will now be my regular plumber. (My previous long-time plumber had retired.) Both Ivan and Santos seem very knowledgeable, ethical, and skilled.

I had a mystery leak in my garage that happened about once a month and always at night while I was asleep. Nothing obvious. Ivan looked at the pictures I had taken, looked at the hoses/pipes/appliances, and said ""water softener"". The narrow discharge hose (if that's the right term) had come out of the big drain hose on the wall and when the softener regenerated (about once a month, at night), it would spray a whole lot of water everywhere. Ivan was friendly, showed up on time, didn't make me feel like an idiot, and explained exactly what was happening. Bless him for a 15-minute visit and an end to my watery mystery! I'll absolutely call these guys in the future if I need help with plumbing.

I can't say enough AMAZING things about Santos and his crew at Go-mez Plumbing - they are just fantastic. The house we moved into had a number of random plumbing issues (blocked pipes etc) - and Santos has been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional in solving each and every one of our problems (not to mention - super fair prices!). (I know I called for 6 quotes).

I had a major plumbing issue with my house that needed immediate repairing. However, none of the plumbers were able to identify the issue with the eye (nor a camera) since my underground pipes were clogged with dirt, etc. After speaking with 6 plumbers, ONLY 2 provided me with a SMART, creative simple affordable solution to clear my piping (pumping from the front of the house to the toilet pipes = versus = pumping from the toilet to the sewer). This solution clear my pipes for a camera to enter and identify the real issues with my plumbing which we discovered was not under my house. The issue had to do with the plumbing on the side of my house.

All the other 4 plumbers quoted me $13K - $23K+++ to break down my bathroom, kitchen wall, and drill under my concrete floors to see the issue under the house. Had I gone with one of them, I would have spent $13K - $23K+++, only to realize the issue had nothing to do with the pipes under my house.

Wow!!! I appreciate this company so much! We had a few hiccups but the issue got resolved.
