Fidel Gomez and the Gomez Sewer & Drain business are amazing! They are incredibly communicative and respectful of their cutomers' time. For example, on each visit, Fidel texted to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving. The first time he came to install a new bathroom faucet, Fidel took one look at the faucet set I had purchased ahead of time and recommended that I order a different, more reputable brand that would provide better quality and durability. This was an honest recommendation with no financial benefit to him, since I would be purchasing it separately on my own, not via him nor his business. Fidel helped me search online for an appropriate, high quality replacement faucet and did not charge for this initial visit. Instead, he checked in after the visit to see if the new faucet had arrived yet and once it did, he scheduled a return appointment that was convenient for *my* schedule. The work he did to replace not only the faucet, but also new flush valves for my toilet was suberb. He took extra care to keep the bathroom clean and free of debris, making sure to clean up after himself. And during each of his visits, he was pleasant, efficient, and professional.

I cannot recommend Gomez Sewer & Drain enough. A++++++ !!!

We had faucet leaking during holiday and it was hard to schedule anyone. We called Gomez and they were able to inspect the problem on the next day and installed two faucets the day after. Quick, professional, and communicative. Highly recommend.

If only we could give more than 5 stars! We called Gomez for a backed-up sewer line. They responded immediately and were on the job within an hour. After snaking the line to clear tree roots, they ran a camera to find the location of the root intrusion. The camera also showed a bad junction in the line at a different location. They made a very reasonable proposal to return the next day, repair both issues, install two-way cleanouts for future access, and re-snake the entire line in both directions. (There was no charge for the original snake and camera job!) The project became even more complex when much digging revealed that a 6-inch tree root had crushed and broken the sewer pipe where the roots were entering. The additional work entailed a modest additional cost, well worth it to have the line repaired properly. What started as a two-man job became a four-man operation. Many thanks to Ivan, Fidel, Oscar and Ampelione for their friendly, quick and professional work, and to Santa in the office for scheduling and billing. What a pleasure to have this team on the job!

This plumbing company was referred to for my plumbing issues ... I like using small businesses ...the company previously used never followed thru so I used this company Santos was quick to reply and we immediately scheduled an appointment.. he was on time and very professional... what I truly impressed with was there respect for my privacy for my home ... its a bit cluttered but they continued with any judgement ... i have used other services to my home and i feel that Gomez Sewer & Drain is someone you can trust entering your home.

Updating my review... since 2019 I've had repeated clogged drains due to old galvanized plumbing so I had Fidel Gomez and his team change out our entire drain and supply lines back in 2020. They were very professional and respectful of our COVID precautions at the time as well. They've also been by the help seal a toilet wax ring on the weekend and a shower valve. Most recently, Fidel stopped by to help pinpoint a leak in our tankless water heater (installed by someone else) that was causing a high water bill. He fit us at the end of a very busy day (same day) and didn't even charge me a trip fee. I think I'm now in his cell phone speed dial but that's the kind of customer service you get with this company!

Gomez installed a water heater, and when a issue arose with the unit which was under warranty, they quickly sent out a technician to diagnose the issue. They worked with the manufacturer to obtain the replacement part and were extremely thorough with their service, testing several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Santos (the owner) was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company and will use for future work.

I received great customer service from them! I called them at 8:30 am regarding our clogged toilet (I live right around the corner from them fortunately), and the guy arrived within 15 minutes of me calling them. He had to snake the toilet and he was done and out of my house by 9 am. He was nice, friendly, and gave me a discount if I paid cash. Highly recommend.
