What can I say? Santos and his team are the bomb!

A couple of neighbors in our local dist email recommended them so I had them come by to check out a kitchen sink leak. Quickly diagnosed w/o charging and told me to buy whatever faucet I liked and he can come back tomorrow to replace.
Came back the next day and swapped everything out. Even fixed our broken-for-years garbage disposal at no charge!

Came early than scheduled (which is great for me) both times and has great communication.

Had a main line sewer backup. Santos was fairly quick to return a call. Unlike the rooter guys that come for free and then give you an inflated price to fix (hoping you will just say yes), Santos came out on an hourly basis. He came on time, was unable to free blockage tha was about 100 feet down the line. He returned the next day, on time, cut out cast iron pipe and installed a new cleanout about 30 feet before blockage. then used a hose balloon to blow it out.
One nice thing about Santos is he provides camera service to see that line is really clear and also show defects in line at no extra charge for video.
In the future, I will use his general plumbing services. But even if you just need a line cleared, it is better to call a real plumber like Santos that can do more than just run a rooting machine.

We had 2 failed attempts from another company to clear a backup in the shower, toilets and bathrooms. The other company said no more warranty on their work even though their second cabling caused a backup again within one hour of leaving then they didn't return my call.

Santos of Go-Mez Sewer and Drain came out and used his camera to check the sewer lines outside and confirmed there were blockages in the side clean out and front sewer line. (Other company wanted $399 for a camera look but Santos looked with a camera which was included with the clean out cost). He cabeled it multiple times and got out a root from the side clean out which the other company never got anything out. Santos then found the front backing up and cabeled it multiple times to clear tree roots. One charge to clear the two locations outside.

The shower was still backing up so he came inside and cleared that too which he said he charged half for that clean out since he was already there. The total cost to clear the 3 blockages was less than what we paid the other company to not even clear one location. (The other company didn't think any location was blocked except the one at the side of the house).

5 stars for Santos and Go-Mez Sewer and Drain. I'd recommend them and use him again.

Santos had done previous work at our home for an outside leaking water pipe. I'm so glad I called him back again! He was available when we needed him, contacted me before arriving, and replaced my bathroom faucets very efficiently. Since the work was less substantial than initially estimated, he didn't charge me the full estimate price, and his fees are quite fair. One of the faucets I ordered was slightly defective, and he offered to swap it out for free once the replacement arrives. I highly recommend him to anyone, and expect I'll use him again in the future.

I've had Santos come and provide service two times and he was beyond excellent both the times.

He is honest, punctual, responsive, clear communicator and a pleasure to deal with. He spent enough time to ensure there were no leaks, that nothing was loose and that the job was done satisfactorily.

I'd certainly call him again for any drain/sewer/plumbing related jobs.

Santos did a great job at clearing out a blocked sewage line. He was patient with all of my questions and even ran a camera to show me that the problem was resolved. I will definitely call him again for all my plumbing needs.

I agree. Santos is very good.Go-Mez sewer and drain. I used him today to unclog the kitchen sink drain. He was professional , on time and fixed my clog in 15 min. Highly recommend this company.

Santos arrived on time and replaced my garbage disposal at the price he quoted me over the phone. He made sure there was no water leakage after the installation and even replaced the P-Trap fixture without charge as he thought it will eventually break. He felt he was very honest, professional, and friendly. I will use his services again in the future.

solid work! sewer line backed at night. the guys showed first thing in the morning. cleaned it and showed with the camera where the issue with roots is. will call again!
