I do not recommend this plumber. After his initial visit to see what he needed to order for us we didn't hear from him for 2 weeks. When he did call to schedule an appointment to install our items he gave us a time frame of ""late morning or early afternoon."" It was after 4 p.m. and he hadn't shown up or called to say he was running late, so we called him and he asked to reschedule for the next day. I told him I didn't trust him to actually show up, not to mention that it took 2 weeks to hear back from him initially, and his reply was, ""I don't want to hear it so go and hire someone else if you want"".
We hung up, and then he called me back and apologized, and asked if he could come by the next day and install our items. I said yes, just to get it done, and not have to go through the process all over again with someone new. One last thing - is it normal for a plumber to set your water heater to 137 degrees? I don't think so.
