Golightly plumbing came out within the hour and fixed our issue right way. They were fast, affordable and did a great job so we can keep our business running again. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if any other issues arise.

Go lightly plumbing over charged me a lot for a sump pump which they failed to put in properly. They damaged my brick home exterior and left saying they would pay for a brick mason to fix it. I have tried for nearly a year to get them to fix things and although calling me several times they have only come back twice and still not made things right. They fixed the pipe that was leaking everytime the sump pump cycled but I had to get another reliable contractor to finish the job they left half done. The other corrections are still not done so I have to take them to court now. I am disabled (on oxygen) relying on a service dog and walker to get around so this court deal is not going to be cheap as I have to hire help. Also, will be notifying the state contractor licensing board. Shame on a company taking advantage of a disable woman whose income is below the poverty line.

This plumbing company is not worth your time. Installed a recommended backwash unit at our home which never worked as stated it would. Took over a year of constantly contacting Golightly Plumbing to come and remove the unit. Golightly Plumbing promised a refund on the unit 3 months ago and to date we have not received it. Filed a complaint with the BBB and still no refund. We have had to hire an attorney. Golightly Plumbing is a horrible company to work with and does not stand behind their work.
