Sent by my home warranty company to fix my tankless water heater. After ordering the parts, he scheduled to show up on a Monday. He didn't. He called on Wednesday morning to say he would be there in a while, when I asked what that means, he hung up. He showed up 30 mins later to install the part. After an hour, he came upstairs to tell me he took apart the heater, couldn't fix it and now couldn't put it back together. He told me he was going to his truck to make a phone call then left immediately and was never heard from again. I had to call another company to diagnose the issue and the new company stated ""He dismantled components that were not meant to be taken apart, therefore he destroyed the heater. It will need to be replaced"" Now my home warranty company will not cover a replacement due to damage caused by a third party technician. I am now having to replace the unit for $4800 and take him to court to reimburse me that money.

DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON, USE THIS MAN FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

* I cannot speak of his character or morals, as I do not know him personally. I don't think he is the type of guy to kick your dog around when your not looking or steal your jewelry, but his work is awful. AWFUL.

** And be prepared to be hung up on multiple times while on the phone. He will get the info he needs then hang up whether you are talking or not. I never heard him say hello or bye once. He hung up multiple times on my home warranty as well. Seems to be his thing.

Came here to fix the plumbing issue in the bathroom. He was sent by my home warranty company. He fixed a time 11-1pm and came around 11:15 am. Fixed the issue and I found out that water was still dripping. Informed him again and he tightened up the fixture. took 75 dollar and got out.

No help at all. I have a malfunctioning sump pump. My insurance sends the contractor from Goldstein company. The contractor tells me that sump pump needs to be replaced. He tells insurance that it's fine. Then tries to sell us a new pump with a discount without notifying the insurance company. Because he told the insurance that it's working, insurance won't cover it.

We needed to replace the water heater. Poor customer service. Wanted a hundred bucks to dispose of the old water heater. When we said we would dispose of it ourselves he also left the box the new water heater came in and any trash he made during the process. There's a difference between doing the bare minimum and doing a fantastic job.
