Barry @ Goldstar has taken care of all our HVAC needs and services for many years while we were in the Houston area (Cypress). He is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented and has been instrumental in helping me make the right decisions concerning our air conditioning system which has saved us money as a result.
I retired and moved to Georgetown several years ago and I still call Barry when I have an A/C question or concern and he doesn't hesitate to call back and help me even though we are no longer in their area!! That's definitely going the extra mile!!

Barry was wonderful! My family has used this company many times in the past, but yesterday was my first introduction to him personally. He took the time to professionally introduce himself, explained the issue and went over the follow up that will take place in a couple days. Before entering my home, he wiped his feet multiple times. During his time in my home, he placed a drop cloth on the floor to catch debris from the attic. I appreciate the attention to cleanliness, as I am very particular about my home. Barry was on time (even after a quick storm moved through), professional, experienced, tidy and friendly. I recommend this company and highly recommend Barry.

Terrible service! The crew is rude, didn't arrive on time. Main issue that they cheat with the diagnosis. Just my assumption: it was more profitable to the charge me directly instead of processing thru the warranty company, their approach was to supply the wrong report to warranty company. Then they charged me on process that wasn't required (I can supply the second opinion document). Both units didn't work properly (summer time). They stretched us for 14 days and then didn't complete a job. We had to go with another company that fixed a problem in 2 days. I definitely NOT recommend ever use their services
