Recommended Customer Reviews

Dan took care of our needs with our problem shower (hot & cold water). we were getting scalded. could not control the temperature. He took care of this
in a timely fashion and was very thorough and neat about the way he went about business. I would recommend him highly.

We hired Dan to take care of a project for sale of our home. Dan was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Dan!

I too bought the Living Social Deal and put it to use. Having read the other reviews I will make the following statements:
1. The appointment process was fantastic. The scheduler was very friendly, efficient and polite.
2. The Trip Charge - reasonable at $35 and to be expected. If you travel to evaluate and offer your professional opinion, you should be compensated accordingly. Would you drive across town to a strangers home and evaluate their plumbing problems for free? You would be the nicest plumber in Denver going out of business! He did not charge another trip fee when he returned to do the work.
3. He is a Master Plumber with significant skills. He did a pretty large job for me having to crawl under my crawl space and run new pex to a shower, toilet and sink. He was fair with his pricing for the work I asked him to do.
Perhaps those reviewers that felt he was way overpriced should have just called a Handyman for what was needed as these were all very basic plumbing skill requirements.
Bottom line for me was that he was honest, fair, extremely efficient, and a US Veteran. His integrity is solid and I will use him again.

First off charges you $32 just to come to your house to give you and astronomically high bid for work. Quoted me $1,300 to replace two outside faucets and $600 to fix a bathroom sink pop-up assembly and J-trap. I got the bathroom sink parts at the store for $35, and it took me an hour worth of work. My wife and I personally feel he just drives around giving ridiculous quotes to make his $32 visit fee. I would never get a quote for this guyagain!

Bought a $200 Living Social deal because I just wanted the plumbing finished to hook up my laundry sink. Couple plastic pieces is all it needed and someone who knew which piece went to what. I figured $200 should be plenty, maybe there would be a little bit of overage I'd have to pay for. So the trip charge isn't covered, so no matter what, you pay that. It was mentioned as one of the first things on my appointment scheduling, and then one of the first things he said when he got there. When he came out looked at what I wanted done he quoted me over $700 - wow....what? There is just no way it should cost that much. I was told then that pretty much everything he does would be more than $200. I was imagining a lot of things that should be well under $200 - a clogged sink? a dripping leaking pipe that maybe just needs a new fitting and some tape done, how about replacing a toilet ring? If those things are more than $200 then I am in the wrong business. I called another master plumber to come do my utility sink and it cost $159 plus $10 in parts, he was done in just over an hour. I am not sure how I am going to even use this coupon since nothing he does will be able to use the coupon with out going hundreds over. I have more plumbing work I need done, and 3 rental properties that I am always looking for great contractors on, but there is no way I can use someone this expensive even if he does great work, which I can't comment on since he didn't do any work for me. He was VERY nice, which is the reason he's getting 3 stars, but I don't have anything else to rate.

First of all, their receptionist was rude and so I called her out on it. She then told Dan that I called her a bitch. Not true. When Dan came, first thing he said was that ""just to remind you there is a $32 traveling fee"".. What? There was no reminder given to me in the first place. Then he LITERALLY tightened some loose pipes which took him 15 minutes. That visit cost me $188! Rude service and high cost. There are better companies that want our business.

Had an issue with loose bathroom faucets and a kitchen sink faucet that needed to be adjusted. Was fortunate to find a Groupon for this company on a Wednesday. Called to make an appointment the next day and left a voicemail. Less than an hour later, Melissa called back to schedule. I was hoping for something the very next day (Friday afternoon) and she was able to get me one with Dan for that timeframe. She was very professional, friendly and efficient over the phone.
Dan called to let me know he was on his way. He was very personable and I felt comfortable with him right away. Showed him the bathroom/kitchen sink faucets and he gave me a quote for it and we agreed on the price before he did any work.
Dan is a Licensed Master Plumber and was able to fix everything in a short time span. I was very pleased with the results and he also warranties his work.
He is the owner and his company serves the entire Denver Metro Area and has a BBB A+ Rating.
