Very good service I recommend their services. Was in time and have a good estimate. I thought I needed and expensive repair and it turned out my dishwasher line was clogged. Before I new it he was done and wasn't expensive at all.

Had a copper pipe leak inside a living room wall. The rep that came out was was nice and competent. My issue was with price. WOW. I could have sent myself to school to learn how to fix it and still have been cheaper. WAY too expensive to ever use them again. You've been warned.

From where I sit, the guys at Golden West are the best. They are the right blend of personal, professional and fair. They assessed our back up with expediency; approaching the solution as if it were their own home that was needing the attention. They also detected a leak last year and rather than milking us for gobs of money, found a creative solution that ensured we didn't have to move out for a week (suggested plan by a competitor). Had a leak of unknown origins in my garage. Had one plumber come out on two different occasions, but could not find the leak. Jeff, from Golden West came out and found the leak within 15 minutes. Turns out, it was a drain pipe in the wall. He replaced that section of pipe. The cleanup was fantastic. He taped the cutout sections of drywall back into place until i could get someone out to repair the drywall. Everything looked great, except for the blue tape on the wall and no standing water. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. Jeff was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
