I called and left a message after being assigned by my home warranty company. He never called back. It was an emergency, so I ended up calling another company to come out and getting a refund for the home warranty service fee.

Tom Golden Plumbing Review- Scam!! Scam Artists!!! I was forced to use these people through my home warranty company. Unprofessional, rude, the worst customer service ever!!. What kind of plumbing company does not return your phone calls after already paying these people?, What kind of company rights a receipt on a piece of paper he finds in his pocket?, What kind of company , after paying them your $125 deductible does not return your phone call after numerous message and never do the work that they were supposed to do which was simply changing a kitchen faucet!!? The plumber Warren was a joke and im surprised they can stay in business. After finally the guy Warren answered my call, he proceeded to tell me i wasn't covered under my warranty to have my kirtchen faucet replaced. Guess what?, 5 mins later after calling my warranty company i was told I was actually covered!!, Wow!!!, I guess these crooked pumbers don't know we live n the social media age, and can put there scamming ways all online. My warranty company had to replace them with another company because they never came out to complete the work that they were supposed to do. . Trust me on this- stay away from them, check out online other reviews with customers who had simliar experience like mine

steer clear of this place i called them because my warranty service had them as my plumber they never called me and when i called he acted like i was bothering him then he told me that warren was the go-to person in my area well i never heard from warren then when the warranty company contacted warren he gave them a day that he was going to come out to my house still never contacted me then i got a message the next day saying that they would not be able to come out. and they still never contacted me. steer clear of this place horrendous customer service and my guess is their work is probably inferior also
