Chris is great, meaning efficient, trustworthy and timely. I have used him for 3 jobs and also called for my Mom and recommended to a friend. We have been in our house for more than 20 years and I had my shower redone by another contractor. 2 weeks later the water was backing up to my ankles. The P-trap was cracked and I was not happy. Instead of tearing up my new beautiful tile. Chris dug a whole from outside of the house and climbed under the house to fix it. This month the water heater went out and Chris came out the next day and took care of replacing and removing the 20 year old model. My husband wanted a tankless, however Chris evaluated our needs and came with a different plan that gives us what we needed at a lesser cost. The joys of home ownership.
I feel good knowing Chris is a phone call away anytime something breaks down or sending him to my Mom or Dads and I don't have to be there.
