I recently bid out relocating my current tank water heater from inside my laundry room (in the house) to a tankless in the garage. Wade was 1 of 5 people that bid the job. Although he wasn't the lowest bid, his communication and professionalism was a solid winner. The tankless has been installed and working great! My bathrooms are on the other side of the house and they now get hot water in about 5-10 seconds opposed to the mins I was waiting before the new water heater is quiet, efficient, and most importantly... out of the house! Not only would I recommend Wade for your install jobs, I also plan to call him back during the yearly maintenance to make sure it continues to work effectively and efficiently. The job was a rather big one due to the replumb and Wade completed the work so professionally (and I have high standards). I have attached a few pictures to show his work quality.

I don't know where this place got all 5 stars, but Wade is extremely unprofessional and insulting. We were scheduled with Wade between 3-5pm today through our insurance company, because our water heater is overheating our water and is causing a knocking noise in the pipe. Our master bedroom is right above the water heater and we couldn't sleep for weeks. He called us up and claimed that he has another ""big job"" that he has to take care of. We waited until 8pm and he finally showed up. He took a look at our water heater for like 2 minutes, and started claiming there's nothing wrong with the water heater. We tried many times to explain the issues we are experiencing and it took us weeks to narrow it down to the water heater. Wade kept cutting us off impatiently, and eventually insulted us by saying ""who knows what thermometer you used to test the water temperature"", ""I have never heard of anyone complaining about water being too hot"", ""I know you guys want a new water heater, but your insurance company is not going to pay for it"". After I confronted him and demanded him to test the water temperature himself Esther than plainly accusing us of lying, he said he did not bring a thermometer. If he didn't even test the water temperature, why is he questioning our claim? I then demanded an apology, he said he is not going to apologize because he has been working seem 6am. Well, he acted like he's coming out to our place so late to do us a favor when he's getting paid, and he is the one who has another ""big job"" to take care of. We are scheduled for the afternoon. We waited and waited and the only service we got was a pure insult.

Quick response, and I was able to get a same day service from Golden State Water Heaters on Dec 24. Wade was professional and easy to work with. After the diagnosis, Wade suggested that our 10+ year old water heater was not worth to repair, so we went ahead and have him replace the unit and the job was done in just a little bit over an hour. Very satisfied with the whole process and will go with them again for future needs.

Our water heater stopped working last night so I called this morning to get it serviced. As it turns out, our heater was almost 10 years old, so we decided to replace it completely. Wade came out within 2 hours, and now we have hot water running again! He texted me before he headed out to give me ETA. He was on time, reliable, and provided excellent service. Wade was connected to me through fidelity national home warranty. He came the 2nd day I submitted the claim to fidelity. Immediately he lighted up the pilot that folks (a professional plumber, home depot water heater guy, a handyman) could not light up. I was told by earlier folks that my 10 years old water heater died and I have to spend $2k plus for a brand new water heater. Wade replaced the water heater thermal panel And boom, the old wayer heater is working fine. The deductible is only $75. You can imagine how happy I am. Wade even helped me with a heavy laundry room door installed temporarily. He is knowledgeable, efficient, fair, hard working, tidy and smart! Will recommend him to all friends!

When a water heater goes out, it always seems to happen over the weekend. I called on a Saturday, and Wade picked up the phone. By Monday morning, his technician started at 8:30 AM. I've always entertained the idea of switching to a tankless water heating system. I am so glad we did. Before the end of the day, Amando was finished, everything was back to normal. No mess, No fuss. The price was exactly what Wade quoted me over the weekend. I had a couple of additional follow-up questions regarding the functionality of the tankless system, and wade always responds promptly.
