I requested a quote to replace an old water heater via Yelp and Wade responded quickly. He asked for a photo of the existing heater, and quickly provided a reasonable quote. Wade wasn't the cheapest (but wasn't off by far), but he was the only company out of 6 or 7 I talked to who correctly cited the California plumbing code for when a thermal expansion tank is required.

Wade was honest and professional. He worked cleanly and left a clean install. Highly recommended.

Wade responded super quickly to my request at 6pm and came early the next day to help with my water heater. I didn't know exactly what was wrong, but he was able to diagnose the issue easily and fixed everything quickly. He was very knowledgable about the water heater we had and was able to answer all my questions. Cold showers = sadness. So glad we found Wade fast - and now have nice hot showers (joy!) He was one of the first to respond and came out quickly and so glad we had hot water in less than 24 hours. Thought he had a pretty good rate and didn't gouge - unlike another company that fixed our rental ( have to look up that name so everyone can avoid). Wade is a straight shooter and did the job on time and in budget. I looked at several companies first and they all had sales guys blowing up the prices with their ""Gold"" and other metal based ""packages,"" which is just dumb and clearly overpriced. Had my water heater replaced with a tankless and chose to go probably overkill on the size, but that's because I got a kickback from the gas company. Check with your gas company and see if they offer rebates and make sure you get clarity on exactly how to take advantage of the benefit. Go with Wade if you want it done right and for the best/right/appropriate price.

Just bought a new house and the boiler needed replacement as at least 18years old. Golden state Company we're very responsive and have a no nonsense fair quote. Far better than every other company who either said they could patch it up but would cost me and min call out fee. Or would replace it but for an astronomical amount and they may add on extras to bring to code. Wade got the job done and ensured I only paid for what was needed. So would definitely recommend and will be the go to people for any plumbing work that needs doing in future!

After bidding the work I wanted done, Wade demonstrated the most integrity, professionalism, and was unmatched with his communication and punctuality. After stopping by to see the job, he provided a very reasonable and honest price for the job. Wade blessed us with his work, he took an old water heater tank and housing and installed a tankless water heater. The work was very well done and was aesthetically appealing. Furthermore, helped us through the permit process and provided info on how to maintain a tankless water heater.
