Matt did a marvelous job installing our new toilet this morning. He picked it up from Fergusons and arrived right on time, and charged about half the $ another (large) plumbing company estimated. Matt was so wonderful to work with. He was thorough and did the job correctly. We used the company to hook a gas line up from our propane tank into our generator. We had several quotes and he gave the most reasonable estimate by far. He arrived when he said he would and finished the job quickly. I'd definitely recommend and would use again for plumbing needs in the future.

After about 12 years of service my tankless water heater started leaking. I got quotes from three plumbers and Matt's was by far the most reasonable. The other plumbers were immediately available to install the water heater, but I had to wait for Matt as he was booked into the next week. I have two tankless water heater circuits and was able to connect the two together so as not to be without hot water.

Matt said he'd arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. and arrived at exactly 9:00. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. The existing gas connector and valve were undersized so he replaced them with a larger size. He removed the old unit and installed the new one. The previous installation had no protection for the PEX water lines where they entered the metal enclosure and could potentially rub against the metal and become damaged, so Matt added protection.

During and after the installation Matt gave detailed answers to questions I had, including questions not related to the tankless water heater installation.

After the installation I asked Matt if he'd mind going into the crawlspace to turn off the valve connecting the two hot water circuits together. No problem! Going into the crawlspace is one of my most dreaded homeowner tasks.

I know now why Matt was booked out so far; he's a good plumber and a nice person. His phone number has a permanent spot in my contacts list.

Matt installed a tankless water heater for our house and also did some work in the well house (fixed a broken gauge, pressure switch, ball valve, and installed a filter body and filter -- which required rerouting of existing plumbing). Matt did a fantastic job replacing our old electric water heater with a hybrid electric heat pump water heater. He responded to our inquiry with a competitive bid, considering the challenging removal of our old solar water heater in such a confined space. The job required more work than he initially thought but he was able to complete the work up to code and the water heater passed inspection for the permit we needed.

Matt was friendly, courteous, and hardworking. He had great attention to detail, even to making sure our carpet stays clean by laying down tarp and wearing shoe coverings. He hauled away our old water heater and left our space neat and tidy.
