Sunday night around 9pm, during a stormy weekend, the shower would not turn off. After calling 10-15 plumbers to see if anyone could come by the same night, Hugo picked up the phone. Explained the situation to him. He told me he may have a dispatcher available. Called me back in less than 2 minutes and said David would be at our place in less than an hour. Without much wait David arrived. He fixed our problem in 30-45 min. It was pricey, but given that it was so last minute, it was okay. I guess our cartridge was pretty old and pieces actually broke within the system. David had to finagle the lodge piece out. Thank you David and Hugo for being able to repair our problem in less than 2 hours notice!

Golden State Plumbing installed a whole home water filtration system for me and did an amazing job. They ran copper pipes from my home water main to a state of the art filtration system, checked for leaks and guaranteed their work.

Most other plumbers wouldn't even quote this job because it's not something easy to knock out in an hour. Hugo did it with a great attitude! I am very happy with the service that I got and the price was great too.

I needed to have my plumbing checked while remodeling my house and Hugo an David were very helpful.
When he explained what was needed it was obvious he is extremely knowledgeable and knew all regulatory codes which showed how good they are.
They scoped my sewer and found that there were cracks where roots were clogging the pipes and sunken sections which was causing problems and was only going to get worse.
Hugo gave me a very fair estimate to replace the main sewer line which went from my clean out all the way across the street where it connected to the city sewer. He obtained the necessary permits and within a week they brought a crew of about 8 people and replaced it in less than a day. They were all very professional and was obvious they worked as a team.
It was incredible how how well the coordinated with each other.
I highly recommend Golden state plumbing.

Hugo is awesome! My grandma had a broken pipe on a Sunday, and he immediately drove all the way from Antioch to Danville to fix it. He was pleasant and prompt and worked diligently to fix the problem. He was also very honest about pricing and labor time. Will do business with him again!

Hugo is the best!

I messaged him on yelp (along with a few other plumbers) and he called me right away. Literally, I think it was 10 mins after I hit send on yelp. Amazing response time.

But it goes far more than that. He was able to diagnose the problem right away, review all options for repairs, and make a recommendation. He made the repair on the same day and the leak stopped. More than a week has passed and the repair still stands.

I asked him to send me pictures before and after since I was at work and he sent them right away. He was so great to work with.

I recommend Hugo and Golden State Plumbing. I'll call him if there are other plumbing issues.
