Consistently great service! I have called these guys 3 times and each time, the plumber arriving on the scene, was knowledgeable, courteous and quick. Jaime was the service person this last call and he was super. I was upset due to the water leakage in my upstairs bathroom on my hardwood and afraid it was leaking into my bedroom downstairs. He diagnosed my problem quickly and was very courteous to my abrupt manner. These guys are the best! I will always call Golden State Plumbing for my plumbing needs!!!

I hired GS plumber to install a new gas line T-ing off gas meter over the attic down to laundry for my gas dryer. Jairo and the team of 3 did a superb professional job. I am very happy to have GSP to do the job. I have called other plumbers and even the city building inspectors to verify the work GSP was to perform. City Inspector validated the method, thus I have the guys to start. They were able to complete the work in just 4 hours whereas others plumber might take up to 8 hours to complete. GSP guys rate was very good and a nice clean up job after the work.

I called on a Saturday morning because the water coming from the pool fill line was brown. All the lines in the back of the house were the same. The guys came out within the hour, checked everything out. The problem was corrosion over the winter on the inside of the line. After running it for awhile, the water turned clear. The guys also tightened a nut on the hose bib to stop a leak. After deciding that nothing was wrong, they left without charging me for the visit. Amazing!!

Jamie Reyes helped me when I thought I had broken my water heater during a flush process. He was so patient with me over the phone and was willing to drop what he was doing on a Saturday evening to come and help me. But he was able to give me advice over the phone and I got my water heater back on and it's working just fine. I had called about 8 emergency plumbers but they all said to call back on Monday and someone would come. But Jamie didn't put me off. He spent time with me on the phone and even too my call when I had another question. I will put Jamie on my call list next time I have a plumbing issue. Thank you!

Had a problem replacing an angle stop under our sink. Edwin arrived within an hour of our service call. He was very courteous and professional. Edwin explained everything to me and was able to fix the issue within a short period of time. I was very happy with their response time and their professionalism. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable, as well. I am definitely using Golden State Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Called the office friday am. Edwin came out that afternoon. Within an hour he had done a ""sonar"" test, found the leaks, explained work to be done and gave me a written estimate. Monday morning Edwin and his crew arrived started and completed the repiping in 6 1/2 hrs! That time included the set up, work, test to confirm no leaks, and clean up. Fantastic workers. Excellent!

I called Golden State Plumbing this morning and was so glad they could come so quickly. I wanted the outlet hose from the the sump pump changed as we were having problem with the fittings. I need to say that the pump was not the easiest place in which to work but Jairo just went to work and did a great job. I feel so confident now that we will not have any more problems with this issue. Will not hesitate to call them again if I have any other problems

Let me just say that earlier today, I had called over 10 different plumbing companies all who were booked for a week out.. I finally saw Golden state and the dispatcher advised me she could get a plumber out to our property within the next hour to do a leak detection.. now let me tell you. The customer service I received was so nice, especially in such a hectic situation. Turned out I have a slab leak which was detected and needed to be addressed ASAP. Edwin was very nice, explained almost everything and even offered same day service... not in one week or a couple days... SAME DAY! thank you for 5 star service and If I ever need another plumbing situation fixed, I'm calling them! Thanks
