He fits us in when we have crises, even if tough timing/hours for him. He makes a point of cleaning up the mess. Most of his work is word-of-mouth, though he is a mainstay at local institutions like AMC. He's a good guy that I trust, who does a really good job, what more can you ask? I was referred to Gary the Plumber at Golden State Plumbing by several of my neighbors and now I understand why. Gary is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has great communication skills. He took the time to explain to me every recommendation that he made. He suggested small changes to my initial requests which made big differences in overall performance, and I'm confident in the longevity of my plumbing fixtures now. Gary looked for every way to save me money, but knows where high quality materials matter. For me, Gary fixed a broken shower control, replaced 2 bathroom faucets, a kitchen faucet and the mechanisms for two toilets. I'll have him return to properly connect a newly installed dishwasher and sink disposal once I have them. And I'm sure I'll keep Gary's number for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Gary the Plumber.

Gary is the best!
We called Gary at 6:30 PM about a water leak in an interior wall. He was still working but promised to come. He was here at 9:30pm, located the leak, opened a small hole in the wall, and sealed the leak!
We are back in business, and Gary will come back later to finish the job!

Gary came highly recommended from a close friend, and I now owe my buddy big time. I've dealt with many plumbers over the years, but I've never encountered one as knowledgeable and thorough as Gary. He truly knows his stuff, and the work product is exceptional. The first time I called it was for a clogged kitchen drain. He responded promptly and worked late at night to make sure it was fixed before bedtime. That was a month ago. Then this morning my hot water heater blew out, and to make a long story short the new one was in place and replumbed by supper time. Gary is honest, fast, and professional. Plus his prices are fair. I'm happy to recommend him.

Called Gary after finding water leaking through the slab in our garage; I knew we had a busted pipe but had no idea where it was. He brought some high-tech tracing equipment and found the leak in no time.

Gary came back a few days later and fixed it without having to tear up our whole floor; in fact, the hole he did have to cut to get under the house was a fraction of what I thought it would be. Gary also took great care making sure he didn't dust up our house and garage- which I appreciated.

Gary's professional, friendly, responsive and honest. His prices are more than reasonable (if not low) and his knowledge is impressive.
