I had Eric come out in January to check a pool leak. He looked around the surface of the pool and found a small crack in a corner. He went ahead and patched it. He didn't do any other testing, I assume because he thought that was the problem. A month later it was losing water again. I called him numerous times with no return call. I texted him numerous time and finally got a return text saying he'd call the following week. He never called. I tried a few more times but finally gave up. I re-patched the crack with some putty he left but after another month it's leaking again. This is frustrating because Eric seems knowledgeable. At this point I'm not even sure if he's in business. Just be aware that he is not good at follow up.

My water level was dropping and Eric suggested replacing all of the pipes. I did this, but 3 months later, I am having the same issue. Worst of all, he has said that he will come take a look, but doesn't show up or call. This has happened 3 times. There is something really wrong here and I don't know what it is. His communication has been less than satisfactory. He's cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Be weary!

Eric (owner) is beyond helpful. I had a leak in the underground plumbing close to my pool deck. I was loosing 3-4 inches of water in my pool per week. Eric came out to diagnose with some advanced equipment (dove the pool) dye test and audio/mic testing. He was really honest and found the best way to get the job done! The cost actually came in under the estimate. Honesty should be rewarded, use this company for all your pool leakage needs!!

Eric was very friendly and professional, he found and fixed my bad leak within a couple of hours. I was losing about two inches of water per day and for that reason had to fill it up daily. Now it's only going down about an inch per week due to evaporation and usage. I'm also glad it was a simple fix and didn't cost an arm and a leg - what a relief!
