Golden Rule has been dedicated to homeowners for more than 25 years. We are more than just a business; we are a family. The essence of family has always guided our operations.

Mark and Miranda Paup embarked on this journey in 1999; initially named City Rule, the company rebranded to Golden Rule in 2007. The name Golden Rule represents our commitment to treating others with respect. City Rule started with just four service trucks. We added heating and cooling services in 2005, and in 2008, we became primarily focused on these services. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth, with an increase in employees, trucks, and customers. In the summer of 2024, Golden Rule will extend its reach into the Salt Lake Valley, and we will continue to seek new locations in the future.
