Darlyne W.Very unorganized. Called over the weekend, was told to call back Mon. at 9. This was for a rental house. I called Mon. aft. to check if my renter had called, was told they don't talk to renters. The person I talked to was very aggressive and combative, but I arranged an appt. for the next morning, and agreed to meet them at the house afterwards to pay. The next morning, I called my renter to see if they were there. Apparently, the workman had shown up, asked to speak to the landlord, and since I wasn't there, left without looking at anything. He said he wasn't going to do anything without getting paid. I think this company is cash-starved, unorganized, and doesn't live up to its name. I found another company and will not ever recommend Golden Rule to anyone.
Mike J.Always great! Gives such great service and can suck anything out of the shitter. I know a lot of you are reading this wondering which company to go with..well I can tell you. Golden Rule! Know one knows it better. I will always use them in time of need.
