Easy to get in contact to schedule work of my dryer gas line. Tim asked for photo of the work which he promptly replied with his quote. Bradley came by the house and he completed installing gas fittings onto my gas line. He also tested the line for leaks. No surprises during the work. Great job.

Golden Rule's comment to my review from 4/7 is absolutely inaccurate, I have the itemized bill where the expander is extra, but ""the second person"" is a separate item for $375. Lowe's explained to me that it was the subcontractor, who put the second man on the invoice. This second was Tim himself.

Can't recommend Golden Rule Plumbing enough. I'll definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. 3 years when we moved into our house, we had an occasional sewage smell coming from our powder room. Golden Rule was able to somehow diagnose and determine that it was coming from an uncapped drainage pipe in the wall because they used to have the washer\dryer on the 1st floor (rather than the basement). They capped and resolved that. More recently, I had a leaking pipe in my basement. They fixed it the same day I called. Prices are always reasonable, they are always super polite, and they don't try to sell you on everything else they see in your house while they are there.

I called for a non-emergency repair and Bradley was at our door in less than an hour. He was very friendly and explained what the problem was with the toilet. He repaired it quickly and now it works perfectly. This is the second time I've used Golden Rule, and based on the experiences with the employees and their work, I will use this company for future plumbing jobs.

These guys we're unbelievable professional from start to finish. Matt came in and started work on a leak in our ceiling and when he was done with that and fixing the drains in our sinks we were very happy with the work and price. The next day when the insurance adjuster found an obscure, slow leak in a pipe above one Matt fixed, he was back out THAT DAY to fix it at a very reasonable rate. They really worked with us when they could have taken serious advantage of us. Golden Rule Plumbing is the only plumber for us!!

Horrible service and rip off. Have no idea about plumbing. Would not recommend this business due to the fact my toilets are still running and they can't fix them. Seriously?
Toilets are still running intermittently-they came out and said they couldn't find any problem

We hired Golden Rule to repair our sinks and shower. They explained to us that we should provide the parts and they would come back to install them, and we paid in full. Its been nearly 5 months and they haven't returned one call. We essentially gifted them ~ $375 for no service.

Fast, efficient, friendly. From first contact to in home consult, to install. These guys were great. They were prompt, new what our home needed and fixed within a day! We had water in our basement, we figured it was foundation, nope, old copper pipe for sewer. I would recommend them to anyone. We definitely have a new Plumber!
