I called for a non-emergency repair and Bradley was at our door in less than an hour. He was very friendly and explained what the problem was with the toilet. He repaired it quickly and now it works perfectly. This is the second time I've used Golden Rule, and based on the experiences with the employees and their work, I will use this company for future plumbing jobs.

These guys we're unbelievable professional from start to finish. Matt came in and started work on a leak in our ceiling and when he was done with that and fixing the drains in our sinks we were very happy with the work and price. The next day when the insurance adjuster found an obscure, slow leak in a pipe above one Matt fixed, he was back out THAT DAY to fix it at a very reasonable rate. They really worked with us when they could have taken serious advantage of us. Golden Rule Plumbing is the only plumber for us!!

Horrible service and rip off. Have no idea about plumbing. Would not recommend this business due to the fact my toilets are still running and they can't fix them. Seriously?
Toilets are still running intermittently-they came out and said they couldn't find any problem

We hired Golden Rule to repair our sinks and shower. They explained to us that we should provide the parts and they would come back to install them, and we paid in full. Its been nearly 5 months and they haven't returned one call. We essentially gifted them ~ $375 for no service.

Fast, efficient, friendly. From first contact to in home consult, to install. These guys were great. They were prompt, new what our home needed and fixed within a day! We had water in our basement, we figured it was foundation, nope, old copper pipe for sewer. I would recommend them to anyone. We definitely have a new Plumber!

This was my 1st experience with Golden Rule Plumbing. I had my tub/shower faucet and drain stopper replaced as well as the drain unclogged. Rarely do I ever write reviews based on my experience or service received; however, in this case I feel obligated to do so. Look no further past Golden Rule Plumbing for any services related to plumbing. I had a slow leak that drove me crazy for about a month. I had the plumber who performed the plumbing to my renovated house come out to tell me that it wasn't a plumbing issue. However, I called Golden Rule for a second opinion and I was blown away by there professionalism. They were not only on time but they also took there time to evaluate the situation and educate me throughout the process before eventually finding and fixing the plumbing issue that I was previously told ""Wasn't a plumbing issue"". I will be calling these guys for any future problems or concerns and recommending them to whoever needs service around Chester County.

I was so impressed with the service I am writing my first review in years. I called on Saturday afternoon with a non-urgent need. They called me back first thing Monday morning and were at my house within 2 hours. Brett evaluated and solved my leaky sink, AND checked and tightened up 4 other sinks while he was here for an hour. I felt well taken care of for a fair price -
