What a great service!!! What do I start with... when Ruben first came in and gave an estimate he explained what do I need to buy and when he can start. We got to talking and I said to Ruben ""don't forget to get your wife flowers for international women's day (March8th). The day of installation Ruben came and started working and then his wife Lacey came in and said ""your told my husband to get me flowers but these are for you"" and she gave me bouquet of flowers! How sweet! I recently lost my husband and it was such a nice gesture, I still get teary eyed thinking of how sweet this was!
Their service communication and fair pricing was amazing! I value clear communication and they were both on point with everything! They also picked up heavy countertop from the store I ordered from and held it till I was back from the trip. I can't express how amazing they are and cannot recommended them more!

Just moved in to a new home and wanted to have a bidet on all bathrooms.
Unfortunately, I was only able to install 2 out of 3. The last one had an unusual fitting. It was my brother-in-law who referred me to Golden Rule Plumbing and I owe him for that.

Ruben reached out around 10 am and was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule. He arrived promptly and right away he had a positive attitude.
He made sure that all my requests were met and he was really attentive and very respectful. Before he left, he made sure that everything is in working condition.

Bought my home about 4 years ago, which has a fire pit in the backyard. I tried to turn it on with a key (just like the fireplace) but there was no gas. I contacted the previous owner and he did not know even though he installed it. Each year after numerous attempts to figure it out, summer came and it was not a priority. I eventually was able to pull plans from Henderson and found a natural gas pipe that went to it; however after lifting it up it was no where to be seen. When Ruben came out for a prior project, I asked him if he could look at it and he said sure. He did a diagnostic with a camera to confirm the gas lines and then started to dig at the fire pit. He found the gas lines and made all the connections lit right up. Again, just like before he did quality work for a reasonable cost. Thank you Ruben for making it work and closing out something that has been on my list for 4 years. My wife and I are super stoked to use it.

One thing I thought was exceptional was when we needed a plumber right away Ruben was Johnny on the spot, he answered his phone right away he was at our home maybe an hour later and explained everything to us we needed to know before making a decision. It was fixed that day! He is personable, funny, a really great guy! We are so happy our friend recommended him to us!
