We purchased a new park model and when I did my first load of laundry, my bathroom was flooded! After working on the issue for quite some time, they figured out the problem! There was a plastic cap/plug stuck in the hose! Ezra was like a 'surgeon'! He was able to use a small camera and with much patience, he finally got that sucker out!

Dustin & Ezra did an awesome job! They were polite, professional and got the washing machine hose unclogged!
We would definitely recommend Golden Rule Plumbing

our tubs were flogged up and and wouldn't drain, I have used golden rule plumbing a few times before and little problems, the last time I had to call them out the next day because the tubs and toilets were still not unclogged and they came right and finish the job. well this time was the total opposite! they came out at 8am tried to unclog the line but was told didn't have a long enough snake, would be right back, well 8 hours later after they decided to have him go to the other customers and take care of them, then to have him return around 5pm, and still didn't have the proper equipment to finish the job, he worked in his truck to jimmy rig something that would work, he used and said it worked and cleared the line, well the next day the tub still was clogged up and I have i sent them a picture letting them know, I was thru text message that the owner said that it was not covered under a warranty and that they would charge me $150 for a camera to run down the line and see why! so I had payed them for the work they said they did, but he would not send anyone out to finish the job but took my money! i even gave them a chance of 24 hours to come back out to finish the job, and the owner refused! so do not use this company, will rip you off, take your money for work not completed and tell you it is, and try to extort more money from you for more services! it's sad because I use small businesses to help, but customer service is not important to them!

Used them on a rental because they could show up. A month later drain was clogged again. I handled it that issue. Thought it a fluke.
used them again, missed appointment came out the next day. Three weeks later, drain is clogged again. Not covered under warranty. Scheduled another full price drain unclog, then they cancel on a Friday and cannot get back to me until next Tuesday or Wednesday. Not impressed.

I can't speak to their service since I've never hired them to do any work but... if you're going to use the name Golden Rule than maybe you shouldn't park your truck in my reserved spot. Photo attached.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night And we called Golden rule plumbing and they gave us Amazing and fast service ! They are so professional at what they do ! If I ever have a plumbing issue I will definitely call them again !

They showed up on time, did a great job, very professional and reasonably priced. They installed our Pelican water system. Very knowledgable about this product. Very happy with their work. Will call them again if we need a plumber.
