I first hired Daniel for an inspection on plumbing and main sewage pipe before purchasing a home. He gave a great estimate and took a video of the main sewer line to show where damage was located and the severity. Daniel was great at communicating, very efficient, and personable. His pricing was accurate to the estimate he gave as well. I highly recommend!

I'm so glad I found this place! Communicating with Daniel was a breeze. I was able to get a quote right away, he was quick to respond to address all my questions and he even bought the faucet and garbage disposal of my choice without additional fees! He even went out of his way to get me a matching air gap cap from another supply store (we had chrome and the new faucet was stainless steel). Can you say awesome customer service or what he did a great job with installation and the place was spotless when he was done! he'll definitely be our go to guy for all our plumbing needs! We highly recommend him!!

We wanted two new sinks and faucets installed and a dishwasher draining problem to fix. We had used our previous plumber for several years, but, due to Covid, he was unable to help. Daniel from Golden Rooter was one of several who responded to our request on Yelp. We had him out to the house to see the work and he provided a good estimate. Daniel was very friendly and he made us feel comfortable.

We hired him to do the project and he was able to fit us in the day after the sinks arrived. He installed the sinks and faucets, and even gave us a chance to see them before he locked them down so we could make sure the color / style was exactly what we expected. He then fixed the dishwasher problem in just a few minutes.

His price was competitive and he was very personable. The next time we need plumbing service, we will stick with Golden Rooter.

I had a problem with my showers backing up so I called my normal plumber. They could not get to me until the next day so I called Golden Rooter because I remembered they supported the So Cal Golden Retriever Rescue group that I also volunteer for. I called, left a message, and Daniel called me back within five minutes. He came right over within 30 minutes and worked over 2 1/2 hours on my house. Super nice, efficient, and wore his mask 100% of the time. He's earned my business going forward.

First and foremost, he operates a local business, not some agency sending out random companies to quote. Update: I finally received a message from Daniel, the owner of the business. He claims that my review was for a different company, which is false. I came to Golden Rooter as a customer. However, they were extremely rude and unprofessional, dismissing me and my questions and closing the door to me. Its not until after they saw this review that they took time to respond back to me, but rather than trying to help, they deny even talking to me! The person with whom I spoke was Michelle, I believe she is your wife. Karma is real, as is the Golden Rule. Treat your customers and everyone else the same way you wish to be treated. Thank you for at least replying back, I have since taken my business elsewhere.

I had a problem that looked like it was going to cost a ton of money to fix, but it turned out to be misdiagnosed by another plumber. Daniel figured out the real problem, and solved it quickly and affordably. He also explained how the plumbing in my house was unusual, and gave me a video from his inspection camera going through the pipes. Plus he was diligent to put booties over his shoes every time he went into my house to track the location of the camera. I'm extremely glad I found him. Thanks Daniel!
