Tub was clogged, called Golden Rooter and Daniel came over within 20 minutes. Not only was he fast to respond he gave a price that was fair. Daniel took the time to set up and make sure he wasn't damaging or getting things dirty while inside the house. I have never seen a plumber take the care he did. He was also one of the nicest people I have met. You can tell he cares about his customers and take pride in his work. Thanks

I think I found my plumber. This guy is awesome! Daniel is a genuinely nice guy and with years of experience, knows what he's doing. He doesn't price gouge, no upsells just fair pricing for outstanding work. He even called the next day to follow up. I recommend Golden Rooter 100%.

Daniel is the man, we were having a weird issue with the drain pipe in our hot water closet, that was also connected to our furnace. On really hot days when we have to run the AC a lot this pipe would back up and overflow the over flow tub that the hot water heater was it. Daniel came out the next morning and was able to see that there was a check valve in place which one would think would might be good but in this case it's seem to be causing issues. Daniel said we could replace it but he wasn't sure if that would fix it or not so he suggested if I had a shop vac to go outside and see if I could suck out anything from the line. So after Daniel left I did what he suggested and within seconds at unclog the pipe and has been working great since then appreciate all of Daniel's advice will definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased a home, and knew before moving in that some plumbing issues needed to be addressed before moving in. We had quotes from 4 different plumbers, 1 plumber suggested a crazy whole knew re-pipping of our place. As first time home buyers we were worried about having to re-pipe our home. So we had our cousin who is a plumber come out and look at the house. Our cousin scoped our mainline, looked around the house, and gave us an idea on what needed to be addressed. My cousin the plumber couldn't helped out because he lived in Pasadena and we live in Orange County, also he had many other projects going on at the time. I looked on Yelp, found Golden Rooter, and Daniel the plumber came out to give us a quote. From the moment we met Daniel he was friendly, timely, and thorough. His assessment on what needed to be done was consistent with what I discussed with my cousin. Daniel's price was fair and better than the other plumbers we had come out.

It really is hard to find a dependable reasonable plumber. My wife and I feel really luckily to have found Daniel. We had a lot of headaches dealing with HVAC and other contractors during our move in process, but Daniel was the least of our worries.

Daniel installed a new water heater, moved it from inside the house to the outside, replaced our laundry standpipe, replaced our dry gas valve, rebuilt our front/backyard water pipes with new shut off valves, and installed a water line for our fridge. Throughout the process he was very clean and neat. Also, at the end he went over all his work with my wife and I. We really appreciate how thorough he was and how he took the time to explain everything.

I highly recommend Golden Rooter and Plumbing. This is a family owned private business that provides quality service at a reasonable price. It is getting harder and harder to own and run your own business these days, especially in this state. You root people/business like Daniel's Golden Rooter and Plumbing. Without a doubt, we will be using Daniel for any future plumbing issues (sorry cousin).

Absolutely the BEST!! Greatest experience with a plumbing professional I have ever had.
You will not find someone as knowledgeable in the trade, trustworthy, and reliable like Daniel (Owner).
I had to use Golden Rooter 2x within the last 30 days and this was my experience.
1) Clogged pipes
I had to leave for the night shift and 2 hrs before work (around 4pm) I noticed my plumbing was backing up. I called Golden Rooter and spoke with Daniel. I explained what was going on and that I needed it resolved due to having family over that were visiting. He said ""I'm on my way, be there in 15 minutes"". Daniel came did his assessment and explained that it looked like a basic pipe clog. He unclogged the pipes and cleaned up everything afterwards under an hour. Family stayed with no plumbing issues and I got to work on time.
2) Leaking pipes
On 7/3/19 at about 11pm I noticed a leak in the kitchen. It wasn't a flood but good enough where I had to shut off the water to the house. With it being 11pm the night before 4th of July, I honestly thought this may not get resolved until Monday. I called Golden Rooter crossing my fingers and left a message for Daniel. Not even a minute goes by and Daniel calls me back. Let that sink in for a minute...the night before Independence Day at 11pm my man called me back!! I explained what was going and that my concern was there was a pipe leaking from inside the wall. Daniel said ""I'll be there first thing in the morning at 0730"". *MY JAW DROPPED AT THIS POINT*
Even though it was the morning of the 4th and hosting a BBQ; Daniel came right on time and started doing what he does best. He figured out that it wasn't a leaking pipe from inside the wall. It turned out to be something super minor as changing out a water hose line. He changed the line and POOF no more leak. In and out in less than 30 mins. There was was no callout charge, holiday charge, or any other BS charge or fee. It was pretty much the cost of the water line.

I messaged Daniel at Golden Rooter about needing to replace a toilet. He responded within minutes with a price quote. I received a couple other quotes from local plumbers. Golden Rooter came in at the lowest.

That next weekend, Daniel came by and completed the job. He was very professional & cleaned up everything thoroughly after the job. He was in and out in a little over an hour.

Daniel came out and did an awesome job replacing two faulty valves. He was very professional and well prepared, with reasonable rates I detected the faulty valves because I was having other work done on my house that was still in progress. Daniel coordinated his work and water shutoff with the other contractor so there was no downtime for either.
