This person Terry is so rude and unproffesional.The first time he came to fix our water heater,he made us wait until late in the afternoon.You have to call him several times before he picks up.And now,what he fixed broke and just trying to explain to him what was indicated in his receipt and trying to understand what he texted to me,he started being rude to me and claimed that I was being rude.He even said,""I don't want to deal with you!""Is that how you treat a customer?Or were you being a racist and claiming that you were treated poorly when you're in fact the one that has no manners?

This was our 2nd time working with Terry. He is very respectful and made sure to keep our home clean. Our insurance sent us Terry both times and he fixed our plumbing issues.

Toilet plugged up. Couldn't get it cleared. Call my home warranty and got in touch with Terry. Terry showed up promptly and cleared up the toilet with a router in 5 minutes. The entire process was completed in less than 4 hours after calling my home warranty. Highly recommend this company and Terry.

Had a bad experience with ""honest plumbing"" so our home warranty send Golden Quality plumbing for a second opinion we were extremely happy with their service. Mr.Terry was awesome his attitude was the greatest and most importantly he's honest!he had our water heater installed and ready to go within a day.. Absolute joke! Do not use. Never showed up. Called to ask about appointment and the person who answered was rude as hell.

Called my home warranty company about a water pipe leaking underneath our house. The warranty company had Golden quality Plumbing company give me a call, they called and I was describing the problem to one of their plumbers, that this was a recurring problem and had never really been fixed. The plumber snapped back and said they weren't going Replumb
the whole house (a real smart a..) I was just trying to let him know what the problem was and was a recurring problem, he continued with his smart remarks and sarcasm. I told him I would get another plumbing Company and I ended the phone call. Golden Quality Plumbing needs to work on their phone etiquette, and customer relations.
