When I called the owner, Terry spent a lot of time with me listening to my complaints about what wasn't working. He immediately made arrangements to come to my home. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. He showed up on time, diagnosed, the problem, and gave me an estimate immediately. His estimate was reasonable and a bit less than I had expected. He was willing to resolve the problem immediately. He finished the work within an hour to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Terry for any plumbing issue. In addition, he is so conscientious that he removed his shoes before he came in. Great guy.
