A locally owned and managed company serving the service, repair, and new construction plumbing needs of the Carteret area as well as adjacent counties since 1986.

For any plumbing service you need: repairs and installations throughout Beaufort and Morehead City, Newport and Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Bogue Banks, the Down East Carteret area and including Craven County in North Carolina.

Phillip Golden, founder of Golden Plumbing, Inc. has lived in the area his entire life of Carteret County. He stepped back from daily operations in late 2017 and turned the company over to Jeff Wells, his great nephew and long-time employee. Jeff obtained his Class 1 Plumbing license in 2015. With over 30 years of combined plumbing experience, they are ready to tackle your plumbing challenges.

Previous projects feature: plumbing renovations for the W. S. King Building, the recreational facility for the City of Morehead, plumbing work at Ramano Veterinary Clinic in Beaufort, Orrin H. Pilkey Research Laboratory, on the campus of the Duke University Marine Laboratory in Beaufort, NC, the Aquaculture Facility at NC State University (Phases I and II), plumbing for the concession stand and restrooms at the Marlin's Stadium in Morehead City, plumbing services for Panera Bread in Morehead City, All Saints Anglican Church in Morehead City, the Bridgeway Church of the Nazarene in Beaufort, plumbing services for Grace Presbyterian Church in Beaufort.

As the owner and great nephew of Phillip Golden, Jeff oversees operations and has dedicated 15 years to the company during its 35-year history. He passed the Class 1 NC Plumbing Licensing Exam in Sept 2015 and is fully qualified to plumb any structure in NC. He lives in Smyrna, NC, with his four sons.
