I reached out to Golden Coast Plumbing last night in a panic because the sewer system in my new build home was backing up through the shower in my first floor guest room. Nightmare. We were up until 3am cleaning and bleaching the floors and trying to figure out who to call to help us.

Joel responded to my message right away (couldn't believe he messaged me back at 1:30am) and was out with his crew first thing in the morning. He even rearranged his schedule to help us resolve our emergency. Truly went above and beyond.

Joel and the team quickly unclogged the sewer line and provided a thorough explanation of the issue and provided me with helpful information to take back to my HOA. Joel and his two technicians were timely, friendly, helpful and efficient. Joel was patient with me as I asked several follow up questions to make sure I knew what steps I needed to take after they left.

Lastly, the cost of the service was lower than I had anticipated. The value for the service was incredible.

We needed to replace a toilet as well as fix a sink that had separated from the countertop, & Joel came through for us by addressing our issues. He was upfront of the price, which was a great deal. Joel was fantastic! I received a very expensive quote from another company to replace a broken shower valve and cartridge. I went to Yelp and messaged Golden Coast and Joel got back to immediately, and within an hour was getting the parts from Home Depot and heading over to fix the issue.
Several others wouldn't even give me a quote or required me to schedule time for someone to come over and ""assess"" first. Joel knew exactly what the issue was and was able to solve it quickly at the BEST rate that I received. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Open disclaimer: I've known Joel since he was my middle school student - brilliant, kind, and honest in every way. My favorite memory is of him performing a biology rap in front of the whole class. I've watched him navigate high school and post-secondary and it's been incredibly impressive to watch him grow this small business in this short amount of time. He is always with you respond, gracious with his service, and fair with his quotes. He's also incredibly smart, which I haven't had to make use of yet, but I know will be important when there's issues beyond just your basic plumbing/rooter job.

On June 24, 2023, I found water leaking from ceiling. I called them. After they fixed the water leak and left and charged me $450. But they left a big hole in the ceiling and left. And said they weren't responsible for patching the hole. Such an irresponsible company, I suggest that you do not ask them to help you!

Father son team. Joel is great guy, and I had a great first experience. He was communicative throughout and showed his knowledge even before arriving. He was the only plumber that gave an estimate upfront out of a half dozen. I called a diamond certified plumber first and Golden Coast was an infinitely better experience.
