Condescending phone support. Skip them!

They do fine work. The gentleman who do the work are fine. But I can't get past pore customer service. Don't get why people talk to their customers this way.

Our pipes froze during the last power outage and we had no heat on our second and third floors. I called Goldberg in a panic and they got right back to me. Their plumbers came within two hours of my phone call. Carlos and Kevin worked solidly for 3.5 hours and the bill was more than fair. Thank you for bringing heat back to our home!

Anthony and his team came out to work on a constant sewage smell throughout the house. Of 6 the local plumbing companies that gave us the run-around, Anthony was the only one that was able to identify and explain the problem and fix the problem in ~1hr while billing us $250 for the work. Other plumbers hand-waved and their ""master"" diagnosis included $9k to repipe our house (wasnt needed), and $9k to put a sleeve insert from our house line to the city line (not needed nor the source of the smell). 10/10 would highly recommend Anthony's eye for analysis and quality of work.

Avoid. The plumber that came was polite but did not know what to do. He said he'd never seen a shower fixture like mine. He filmed and sent to his manager. They informed me I'd need to break through tile to replace the whole system and need to fully remove my toilet to fix. Their quote was astronomically high. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and unwilling to explain the issues. My instincts told me to get a second opinion. The other plumbing company easily navigated the shower fixtures without breaking tile and fixed my toilet with a tightened screw. So simple. I have had no issues since. The other company charged me less to fix everything than Goldberg planned to charge me just for the toilet. And I didn't need to hire a mason to fix tiling ($$$). Go somewhere else.

Loved that they showed up on time. They observed all COVID requirements. Cleaned up everything before they left and the job was completed in less than estimated time. Definitely will use again.

Do not use! Needed a heat valve replaced in a shower. The guys that came are polite, wear masks and are nice but are very inexperienced. They literally were watching you tube videos and calling the office to try to determine how to do this work and actually were going to charge me for this time (at $175 plus tax an hour) The main guy at the office also had no idea and said call the manufacturer. The guys seemed perplexed the part was sent with no instructions ( um, shouldn't you check that if you need instructions they are there before you come out to the client?)
The lady at the office (Lois?) was not very nice either. The amount they were charging for the part way exceeded what I saw online and I was never called with the price of this part beforehand (although she insisted I had, she herself had no record of date of this call) We ended up paying $400 for a part and one hour of time and are left to find a real plumber to do the work.

I have been waiting since Friday to have a leaking waste pipe repaired in my office. I find it remarkable that something that poses a health hazard, especially during this season of coronavirus is left to wait from Friday afternoon when plumbers from Goldberg came to assess the situation until now, Tuesday afternoon...all because they don't carry ""the part"" on their truck. Hard to imagine that all plumbing supply houses, home improvement shops and hardware stores have been closed until today. I am incensed. Fingers crossed that they show up today. This is truly disgusting.

After trying to snake out a tough clogged kitchen drain myself, I gave up and called Goldberg.

The ""Bill"" who set the appointment and other ""Bill"" who showed up were great. Bill #1 kept me informed and the appointment was right on schedule. Bill #2 snaked the drain from under the sink, cleared the clog, reassembled what I had taken apart, and left the sink area spotless when done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

As this was a covid-19 call, I'll also note the Bill was masked, kept a distance and was courteous and professional. The cost was $189, and I left a tip to show my appreciation.

I walked into our furnace room only to find the expansion tank was leaking. Not a welcomes ight as we were about to enter the ""NY pause"" due to the virus. Called Goldberg (I've used them twice at work for issues at the office). They answered the phone, were super polite and set up an appointment for the next morning. Plumber showed up on time, fixed my problem in no time and handled the awkwardness of masks, gloves and social distancing like a pro. Thank you for another excellent service provided!

I've been using Goldberg plumbing for 5 years now. I've used them for everything from installing a water filtration, PH control system to changing out leaking stop valves.

I have literally no complaints with either their service or their prices.

They show up on time, their techs are polite and extremely good at their jobs, and their estimates have proven to be spot on.

I know most people write reviews because of a bad experience. I've had them out to my house at least a dozen times and have not yet had a bad experience.
