Celeste B.We were VERY happy with Rudy and Gold Star Plumbing. I did something very stupid and poured bird seed down our garbage disposal and clogged up our lines. We tried to fix it ourselves with our 20 foot auger/snake, but it was further than that. We called Rudy on Sunday night and he promised to be there Monday morning between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. They were there at 7:45! They had to leave and go buy a special attachment for their auger / snake because apparently I REALLY clogged it up good! Anyway - they fixed it and charged us the exact amount they quoted us, which was extremely reasonable. Thank you so much!!!!
Kim F.Very happy with Rudy! We had a leak in our sprinkler water line that was shooting all over the driveway and making the lawn muddy. It was about 5 p.m. and Rudy came out right away and was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He has 40 years of experience and serves the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks area. He dug a hole, repaired the line and waited to ensure the repair was dry and then buried it again. The whole job took about two hours. I have no idea what is good pricing for plumbing, but he charged us $37.50 for the service call, and $230 for the repair and there is a free 90 day warranty. Overall I am very happy and would recommend him to friends in the area. :)
