Tom and Steve came out from Gold Star plumbing to install a new instant hot water heater. After installation the faucet was leaking. Called the manufacturer and was told they'd send me out a new one. A little disappointed not resolved in one visit but it is not Tom and Steve's fault. They were both pleasant and seemed to work effectively together. Tom is the mentor. He presents himself professionally and seems fair. He didn't try to rake me over the coals with additional parts and stayed a little extra time while I waited for the vendor's customer service to come on line just in case he could provide additional information. I would call him again for another plumbing issue if one comes up.

The water line to my toilet came apart inside my wall. I was able to shut the water off to stop the flow. My brother had contacted Tom at Gold Star Plumbing Placerville in the past so I called Tom. He and his associate came out the house. They worked under the house and in the bathroom replacing the broken plumbing. They explained what went wrong and how they would fix it so it would not happen again. Both men were polite, professional, clean, and detail oriented. I could not be more pleased. Their pricing was also more reasonable than I was expecting. I would recommend highly.
