I have used Gold Star Plumbing for years. They have serviced my home and my properties. They are honest, courteous and communicate thoroughly all plumbing problems. They have replace pipes, sinks, garbabge disposals, cooktops and fixed drainage issues. I hope i have not missed anything.

I am absolutely shocked at how this company does not return my calls. I am a General Contractor and we have a job-site literally - half a block down Hollywood Boulevard from this place and we were trying to get this plumber in on the bathroom remodel and restructure for a Thai restaurant, that has it's grand opening later this year.

I spoke with the friendly receptionist who kindly said that a man named ""Sam"" would contact me, the following business day around ""9AM-10AM"" who never did. As I tried to follow up and leave another message with them after hearing nothing, still no call back. It's a shame that this plumber/owner doesn't want to take on a substantial job, let alone reply back.

We called Gold Star Plumbing first, as it was literally the closest Plumber to the jobsite, but we will now be giving another Plumbing company the business, who actually wants to subcontract with us.

1 star for Communication and Service.

I'm really surprised I'm the first to review this place. Honest plumbers who show up when they say they will, are courteous and don't charge and arm and a leg. What's not to love?

These guys are great don't hesitate to call.
